Mike Jackson and Egypt Sherrod delighted fans by sharing rare photos of their daughters — Kendall, Harper, and Simone — while celebrating at a family friend’s wedding. Check out the sweet family photos and the former HGTV star’s message about never settling.
Mike Jackson & Egypt Sherrod’s Daughters Are Lovely in New Photos
On April 26, Sherrod took to Instagram to share some photos from her best friend’s wedding. In her Instagram Stories, she noted, “My babies!! Harper is the flower girl and Kendall is a jr. bridesmaid.”
In her post, she shared pics and video from the event, posing with her family in one image in front of a lovely curtained backdrop draped with florals.
“Last night I had the opportunity to witness a ‘GOD will do it’ moment, as my best friend of 32 years married the man of her dreams,” Sherrod wrote in the caption. “He was the man we spent years praying that our father was molding for her.”
The former “Married to Real Estate” star continued, “At age 50, GOD did what he promised and gave her someone who would love her the way she needed and deserved to be loved … he matches her energy, her passion, and most importantly … he knows how blessed he is to have her. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽”
“Don’t settle folks … HE will [do] what he says he will do, on HIS time,” she shared. “And he will restore all the years that the locusts have eaten. GOD’s promise will heal all wounds, and rewind clocks.”
Sherrod added, “Congrats @precious_jewel2025 I love you to life. 💋🩷”

Egypt Sherrod & Mike Jackson Reveal 2 New Shows Coming in 2026
Of course, there were comments about how much fans miss seeing Jackson and Sherrod on TV after HGTV canceled their show in 2025.
During an April 2026 interview with USA Today, Sherrod and Jackson revealed that they have two new shows in the works: “Home Abroad with Egypt and Mike” and “Deserving Design.” Both shows are set for release in 2026.
“These shows reflect all the things that are important to us,” Sherrod shared.
She continued, “For those who have watched us for years, they know we believe in giving back and paying it forward. That is what we are passionate about.”
“At the core, these projects speak to our desire to help people, to build legacy and to use real estate and design to build impact,” Sherrod noted.
Sherrod also opened up about how impactful “Married to Real Estate” was.
“We knew we had to bring it all together — love, marriage, real estate, renovation, design, TV, the business and family,” the former HGTV star explained. “And just show people that it can exist.”
She continued, “At the time, there wasn’t a true reflection of anyone doing what we were doing. You couldn’t see — on linear television — a Black family whose marriage was working for the length of time without all the reality drama tied to it.”
“You just don’t see those images of success,” Sherrod added. “That’s what gave us the courage.”
