The women of “The Real Housewives of New York City” are heading back to Bravo, and their careers extend well beyond reality television.
Season 16 premieres Sept. 8 and brings together returning cast members Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy and Jessel Taank with newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye. Former Housewife Carole Radziwill is also returning after leaving the franchise following Season 10.
Here’s a look at what the “RHONY” Season 16 cast does for a living.

Between fashion, public relations, real estate, fitness, beauty and publishing, the cast has built an eclectic collection of careers and businesses away from the cameras.
De Silva, who joined “RHONY” in Season 14, has made a career out of fashion and digital media. The content creator became known for her style blog Scout the City and currently publishes the Substack Sai Unseen.
During Season 15, De Silva explained exactly what her job entails.
“I am a lifestyle content creator. I know you’re wondering, ‘What does that even mean?’ OK, guess what? I am the girl who creates the content on all your social media platforms. I’m talking about TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, all your favorite places to go.”
Fellow returning Housewife Taank also has roots in fashion. After working in fashion PR, she founded Oushq, a platform highlighting designs from emerging designers around the world. The company partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America last year.
“We’re the first South Asian platform brand to partner with CFDA, so we’re super excited and we’ve all like, forged ahead and doing some really cool things with designers across the world,” Taank told Bravo Insider. “So lots of great fashion coming our way.”
Lichy, meanwhile, has built a career across several industries. In addition to working in real estate, she owns interior design firm Erin’s Studio and launched Mezcalum with her husband, Abe Lichy, in 2024. The couple also hosts the podcast “Come Together with Erin + Abe Lichy.”
Ahead of Season 16, however, Lichy said she had pulled back professionally and was focusing primarily on the podcast.
“I really had to take a step back from work because it was too much and I was just running myself into the ground and just having a lot of s–t happening, moving, it was just too much. So I’m just building a future, and I’m not quite sure exactly what it is,” she said.
The New ‘RHONY’ Cast Members Bring Careers in PR, Fitness, & Beauty
Season 16’s new faces are bringing their own professional backgrounds to the franchise.
Glassman works as a publicist and owns Hailey Glassman PR. She told Bravo Insider that she “fell into” the PR industry, and her company has worked with “leading clients in the restaurant, medical, and entertainment industries.” She is also developing a “wrinkle prevention device” expected to launch later this year.
Hammond comes to “RHONY” from the fitness world. She was part of the founding team behind Rumble Boxing and created the Knockout workout at Equinox. She is now expanding into activewear with PS Active, her workout clothing line scheduled to launch Sept. 10.
Toye has spent nearly two decades working closely with one particularly famous client: Martha Stewart. The celebrity makeup artist has worked with Stewart for 17 years and is now developing a makeup palette with her. Toye is also working on her own nude lipstick line.
“I traveled the world [with her], seen the most unbelievable things. Experienced the most insane things. And we’re working on her palette,” Toye told Bravo Insider. “We’re gonna develop it and test it out. And so that’s exciting. That’s coming out in the fall.”
Rounding out the Season 16 lineup is a familiar face for longtime “RHONY” viewers.
Radziwill, who originally joined the series in Season 5 and departed after Season 10 in 2018, has had a long career in journalism and writing.
Radziwill previously worked as a news producer and is the author of the New York Times bestseller “What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship, and Love” and the 2013 novel “The Widow’s Guide to Sex and Dating: A Novel.” She currently publishes her writing through her Substack, “The Voice of Reason with Carole Radziwill.”
With careers ranging from content creation and fashion to real estate, fitness and beauty, the Season 16 cast will have plenty happening professionally when “The Real Housewives of New York City” returns Sept. 8.
