‘Bachelorette’ Alum Hard Launches New Romance and Bachelor Nation Is Here for It

Former “Bachelorette” standout Eric Bigger is officially stepping into a new chapter and he is doing it publicly.

The Bachelor Nation alum confirmed his relationship this week with a heartfelt Instagram post celebrating his girlfriend Anabel Vizcarra’s birthday. Alongside a series of cozy photos of the couple together, Bigger shared an emotional caption that doubled as a hard launch, writing, “God is the greatest, and today is your birthday. Thank you for bringing your light into the world and brightening my life with your love and soul.”

He continued, “I love you unconditionally, babe. It’s a joy to celebrate you today. My fav Capricorn,” punctuated with heart and celebration emojis. Per Bachelor Nation, the post marked the first time Bigger publicly shared his relationship, and fans quickly took notice.

A Birthday Post That Said More Than Enough

The romantic message immediately set off a wave of reactions from Bachelor Nation favorites. Fellow “Bachelorette” alum Mike Johnson chimed in with, “We love love esp Capricorn love!” while Jason Tartick added, “Happy for you man!” Annaliese Puccini also dropped heart emojis, and Adam Gottschalk and Raven Gates Gottschalk joined in with celebratory reactions.

Bigger also shared that the couple celebrated Vizcarra’s birthday with a cowgirl and cowboy themed party, complete with a group dance that made the celebration feel equal parts playful and intimate. The comments section quickly filled with fans praising the pair’s energy and congratulating Bigger on what many described as a joyful new chapter.

For longtime viewers, the moment felt especially meaningful. Bigger first appeared on Rachel Lindsay’s Season 13 of “The Bachelorette,” where he made it to the final three. He later returned to the franchise on “Bachelor in Paradise” and “The Bachelor Winter Games,” earning a reputation as one of the more emotionally open and reflective men in the Bachelor universe.

Who Is Anabel Vizcarra?

Vizcarra, who is based in California, is a wellness practitioner and spiritual guide focused on feminine empowerment and holistic healing. According to Voyage LA, she moved from Mexico to California at age 9 and built a successful real estate career by 19 before experiencing a major personal reset that led her to reevaluate her definition of success .

After stepping away from real estate, Vizcarra trained as an Ayurvedic practitioner and later expanded into body therapies, shamanic practices, and quantum science teachings. She now runs her own practice centered on helping women reconnect with body intelligence, heal unhealthy patterns, and align emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Bigger’s relationship announcement also aligns with his own personal evolution. In a 2023 interview with Page Six, he shared that his time on “The Bachelorette” acted as “free therapy,” helping him confront childhood trauma, people pleasing habits, and self worth issues that shaped his life before reality TV .

Reflecting on his growth since then, Bigger said the experience pushed him toward a more authentic version of himself, one focused on healing, purpose, and intentional living.

“I always had visions that I wanted to travel the world and speak,” he told Page Six. “This is like a dream of what I’m supposed to be doing.”
