Chris Harrison was with “The Bachelor” franchise for almost two decades before his exit in 2021. Although fans are used to seeing him help the shows’ stars navigate multiple romances, he’s now looking toward new opportunties.
Indeed, while referring to his wife, former Entertainment Tonight host and producer, Lauren Zima, Chris told People, “Honestly, for the first time in a long time, that fire has been reignited with this amazing woman to dive back in and do some creative work. And there is a next chapter coming up very soon for both of us that is …We’re going to be very excited to talk about.”
Although People tried to get a few more details out of Chris he resisted with a laugh, saying, “No, but I promise, we’ll be calling you.”
Indeed, when it comes to what’s next for the former “Bachelor” host, he added, “TBD. That’s a promise.”
Would Chris Return to ‘The Bachelor’ Franchise?

When asked about the possibility during a chat with Wells Adams and the Almost Famous podcast hosts Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti (via Parade), he said, “I would not go back. I would go forward.”
Does that mean he’d be willing to return if things were done in new ways? We can only wait and see. For now, he added, “There will be a fun announcement — maybe two — coming very soon.”
Chris Is Embracing Opportunities in Austin

Fortunately for him, he told People, “I mean, what I love most about the new chapter is the fact that Austin is the new Hollywood which means the opportunities are a plenty here.”
“There is so much tech, music, food, entertainment, theater. It’s all happening here,” he added. “And it reminds me of what Hollywood was built on, which is anything and everything is possible if everybody will just come in with an honest, open heart and mind and just wanna do some fun work together.”
Chris continued by saying, “We’ve met so many incredible people from all around the world, from all different industries that just want to collaborate and do great things. And it’s so exciting to be a part of. The energy is truly palpable in this city right now, and it’s just fun to jump in and go with the flow.”
