Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Reveal Their Daughter’s Face to Followers

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle shared a rare glimpse of their daughter’s face via social media on Valentine’s Day 2026. Markle celebrated the holiday to share a snap of Harry holding 4-year-old Lilibet, and in a rare move, opted not to cover the tot’s face.

In the sweet snap, Harry is dressed casually in a blue t-shirt and black pants. Lilibet is dressed in what looks like a ballet class outfit and clutches a red bunch of balloons. Markle captioned the post, “These two + Archie = my forever Valentines.”

Harry & Meghan Have Embraced a Private Life for their Kids

The famous couple has made their kids’ privacy a priority, habitually obscuring their children’s faces in most publicly shared photos. However, they’ve made exceptions a few times. In a photo Markle shared shortly before Christmas 2025 which she captioned, “Happy Holidays! From our family to yours,” a glimpse of her 6-year-old son Archie’s eye and upper face can be spotted.

In contrast, the 44-year-old only showed the back of Lilibet’s head in an October 2025 pair of photos that showed the little girl sprinting across a patch of grass before standing side-by with her mother in front of a pond.

Meghan Previously Opened up to Oprah About the Importance of Maintaining a Private Life

In a 2021 interview with Oprah, Meghan talked about her commitment to preserving her children’s safety and privacy. “If you’re at work and you have a photograph of your child on your desk and your coworker says, ‘Oh my gosh, can I see all the pictures of your child?’ you go, ‘No, this is the picture I’m comfortable sharing with you.'” She then pointed out the unfairness of photographers hiding in the bushes and taking pictures into the backyard.

In a March 2025 People interview, she spoke more about how her children have shaped her world, especially when it came to picking a last name to go by. She told the magazine of choosing to go by Sussex, “It’s our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn’t recognized how meaningful that would be to me until we had children. I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together. It means a lot to me.”

She added that her name with Harry is “a part of our love story.”

The interview took place just before the Netflix premiere of “With Love, Meghan,” which has released two seasons and a holiday special.
