Dedication Night Performance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’
Imagine having your father-daughter dance on “DWTS” season 34. That is exactly what happened for Jordan during her Dedication Night performance.
For this performance, she and Ezra were joined by her father during their Viennese Waltz to “Daughters” by John Mayer. Jordan talked about always dreaming of that father-daughter dance for her wedding. Now she got to do it in front of all of America.
I think this was one of the moments that we saw a softer side of Jordan. As an Olympic gold medalist, I feel we often see the competitive side of her, so it was nice to see this side also. It was also amazing to see Ezra step aside and let the father-daughter have their moment, as he watched from the side.
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night Performance on DWTS
I predicted Jordan would be one of the frontrunners before the season even started. However, she did start a little slow and found herself in the middle of the pack most weeks.
However, I think her Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Night performance brought that confidence out in her, and she never looked back. They performed a Jazz routine to “River Deep – Mountain High” by Ike & Tina Turner.
Jordan channeled her inner Tina, and she shone. She was working that wig, and they both were having so much fun with this one. She seemed to let her guard down and let her diva shine, and I loved it. That diva continued to come out every week, including tonight’s performances.
