Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night Performance on DWTS
Alix took some time to grow on me this season, but these last few weeks, she has been nothing short of amazing. One of those routines that won me over was her Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Night performance.
For this performance, they danced to a Paso Doble to “Livin’ On a Prayer” by Bon Jovi. He is from New Jersey, and Alix is from New Jersey, so she is feeling good about this one. She even got a special message from Bon Jovi before hitting the dance floor.
The choreography was amazing on this one, and she has become such a strong dancer. Bruno said she is the Paso Doble bombshell. Carrie Ann said she is in her fierce girl era, and what a way to set the Paso Doble standard for that night. Derek said she was a rock and roll goddess out there.
Prince Night Performance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’
Alix and Val shone during their first performance on Prince Night. For this performance, they did an Argentine Tango to “Little Red Corvette.” During rehearsals, Alix said she wanted to unlock a different version of anything she thought she could be.
To start, this had to be the perfect dance style for this song choice. Not that all Prince songs are amazing, but this one worked so well with the Argentine Tango.
Every week this season, Alix and Val have been getting better and better. While they weren’t on top of my list at the beginning of the season, they have definitely moved up to be one of the favorites to win it all on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34.
