Bellucci chose a custom Fendi design from the Fall/Winter 2026-27 collection. The off-the-shoulder gown blended delicate black lace with leather detailing and a sweeping floor-length silhouette.
Fendi creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri designed the look, which Bellucci completed with Cartier jewelry. Stylist Barbara Baumel kept the finishing touches elegant, allowing the intricate gown to command attention.
Bellucci later shared photographs from the festival on Instagram.
“Thank you so much at Locarno,” she wrote while celebrating the presentation of ‘Ketticè’ and thanking the team behind her appearance.
The look reflected the style Bellucci has cultivated throughout her career: sensual, sophisticated and never forced.
Bellucci attended Locarno to support ‘Ketticè,’ director Giovanni Tortorici’s second feature. The movie was produced by Luca Guadagnino and selected to compete for the festival’s prestigious Golden Leopard.
Set in Palermo in 2012, the story follows teenagers Ketty and Giulio as they form an intense friendship and search for freedom away from the judgment of the adults around them.
Bellucci plays the matriarch of an aristocratic Sicilian family. The role adds another complex woman to a career shaped by characters who carry beauty, power and emotional contradictions in equal measure.

The former couple also worked together on Burton’s 2024 movie ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.’
