Bobby Flay and Brooke Williamson just served up some PDA at the 2025 U.S. Open. The celebrity chefs, who recently confirmed their romance, were caught on the big screen kissing in the stands — and Flay’s reaction was priceless.
Bobby Flay and Brooke Williamson Caught on Camera
On Thursday, Sept. 4, Flay, 60, and Williamson, 47, attended the matches at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City. While the broadcast panned across celebrities in attendance, the camera landed on the couple as they shared a kiss.
After the smooch, Flay looked up and appeared visibly surprised to see himself on the big screen, in a clip shared on Reddit. He pointed discreetly while whispering something to Williamson, who leaned forward with a laugh.
Commentators also chimed in, with one joking, “Bobby Flay in the house,” before adding, “He said, ‘Oh, I was seen.’ It just sunk in [that the camera caught them]. It’s okay, it’s okay.”
A Relationship Beyond the Food Network
Their public outing comes just months after Flay went public about his relationship with Williamson, telling People in June, “Well, first of all, I’ve been friends with Brooke forever. We shot [‘BBQ Brawl’] before we started officially dating. It has always kind of been the same for me.”
The two stars on “BBQ Brawl”, where Flay serves as a team captain and Williamson as a judge. They have also collaborated on “Bobby’s Triple Threat” and Williamson has competed on “Beat Bobby Flay.”
“I love working with Brooke,” Flay explained. “We have a lot in common. We’re very lucky. We’re both chefs. We both have kids. We’re both parents. One of the things I really like about being in a relationship with Brooke is that she’s great to bounce things off of … food-wise or restaurant-wise or business-wise, all the time. It’s really nice to have kind of a best friend that you’re dating.”
Us Weekly confirmed their romance in March. By April, they were spotted courtside at a New York Knicks vs. Phoenix Suns NBA game, where Flay shared a candid snap of Williamson on Instagram.
Williamson finalized her divorce from Nick Roberts in 2024, with whom she shares a son. Flay has been married three times and shares a daughter, Sophie, with ex-wife Kate Connelly.
