Hallmark fan favorite actor Andrew Walker just appeared in his latest movie for the network, “Kentucky Roses.” Fans thought the movie was a fun one, and many are already wondering what they will see him star in next.
In an interview related to promoting “Kentucky Roses,” Walker gave everybody a fun tease on that front.
Andrew Walker Promises He’ll Have a New Christmas Movie Coming This Season
On May 4, Decider shared a portion of an interview it recently had with Walker via its Instagram page. The Hallmark actor was asked if he would have a new Christmas movie coming out this year.
He couldn’t share much at this point, mostly because he doesn’t know much himself. However, Walker indicated that he anticipated that he would star in another Hallmark Christmas movie later this year.
Walker revealed, “I just got asked for my availability to do a Christmas movie. I have no idea what it is yet.”
Even though he doesn’t have any details yet about the movie or the character he would play, it seems he’s ready to sign on the dotted line.
“But, um, I know I’ll be doing a Christmas movie very, very soon,” Walker added.
Fans were excited by Walker’s news.
“I’ll be watching your new Christmas movie when it comes out. I love and watch all of them,” one fan commented on Instagram.
Another fan added, “Can’t wait to see [the] new Christmas movie. So looking forward to it.”
The Hallmark Star Has Kept Busy With Network Projects Over the Past Year
Walker certainly seems due for another project to film. Hallmark kept him incredibly busy in 2025, but so far, 2026 seems to be quieter on the filming front.
Before “Kentucky Roses,” Walker last starred in “She’s Making a List” for Hallmark. The movie, which co-starred Lacey Chabert, premiered on December 6.
In addition, Walker made an appearance as a bartender in “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story.”
“Adventures in Love & Birding,” co-starring Rachel Boston, premiered in September 2025, and Walker’s movie, “The Reluctant Royal,” debuted in March 2025. He starred with Emilie de Ravin in that movie.
Of all the projects Walker did for Hallmark in 2025, however, fans would likely point to “Three Wisest Men” as their favorite.
“Three Wisest Men,” co-starring Tyler Hynes and Paul Campbell, premiered in November 2025. It was the final chapter for the Brenner brothers, characters introduced in Hallmark’s 2022 movie, “Three Wisest Men.”
The sequel, “Three Wiser Men and a Boy,” aired during the Christmas 2024 season.
Fans really want to see Walker, Hynes, and Campbell return with another “Three Wise Men” movie. At least for now, however, Walker says that chapter is closed.
In addition, fans have been begging Hallmark to bring Walker and Nikki DeLoach back for another “Curious Caterer” movie. They have both said that they want to return, but for now, Hallmark doesn’t have anything in the works.
Both Walker and DeLoach have encouraged supporters to make their wishes known to Hallmark about a return of the franchise.
Hallmark fans will be quite eager to learn more about Walker’s upcoming Christmas movie, whenever he’s able to spill the beans.
