Tyler Hynes Shares Adorable Childhood Throwback With a Sweet Holiday Message

Tyler Hynes has been both acting and doing his best to bring joy to people’s lives since he was a young boy. The Hallmark star shared an adorable throwback clip on social media that originally took place very early in his career.

As he revealed the sweet video, Hynes also had an important message to share with his fans.

Tyler Hynes Had Serious Christmas Insight at the Age of 8

On December 25, Hynes took to Instagram to share some holiday wisdom. The first slide of his post showed him as a child actor. It would appear this was from his first professional acting gig.

Hynes notes on his personal website that his first acting role was in a musical theater production of “A Christmas Carol.”

The brief video that Hynes posted included a brief personal message about Christmas as well as a quick of him on the stage. In the caption of his post, Hynes quipped, “Never been smart. Always been Christmas.”

He added, “Wherever you’re at, know that it’s going to be ok. Even that single brain celled kid with a mullet and a violent lisp found his way.”

Fellow Hallmark star, and Hynes bestie, Jonathan Bennett had the top comment on the post. He wrote, “How do you win the entire year of posting with one post of you and your cute little lisp and mullet? I can’t take it.”

Another commented, “Omg, dying over here. So adorable!”

Someone else added, “You are amazing … this is adorable … speak positive words over yourself always!!”

“You are the icing on my Christmas cake…adorable,” read an additional response to Hynes’ post.

A fan beautifully wrote, “Love this so much! Thanks for sharing. You definitely know how to make the lonely feel loved!”

The new Instagram post from Hynes is the latest in a long line of efforts the Hallmark actor makes to connect with, and support, his fans.

On December 24, as Hynes celebrated Christmas Eve with extended family, Hynes went live on his Instagram page. During the session, Hynes also noted it was his mom Betty’s birthday and Hallmark fans flooded her with birthday wishes.

This Christmas Eve live has become an annual tradition and this year, over 1,100 fans tuned in as Hynes, Andrew Walker, and the rest of the family held their boot shot glasses high and toasted to the holiday season.

  1. Tyler is always the best just by being himself. Love all his movies and comments and the way he respects and loves his Mother. How delightful is that. Go Tyler and stay yourself.
