How Taylor Cole Accidentally Became Hallmark’s Hilarious Holiday Mascot (EXCLUSIVE)

Over the last century, Hallmark has become synonymous with its gold crown logo. But over the last couple of months, the company may have found its first-ever mascot, too, thanks to beloved Hallmark Channel actress Taylor Cole.

In November 2025, Cole decided at the last minute to pack an inflatable snowman costume before heading to appear on Hallmark’s 2025 Christmas cruise. Little did she know that it would inspire the creation of her new alter ego — a quirky, expressive character she adorably named Frosé Allday that’s provided an unexpected dose of joy for fansand for Cole, at the perfect time.

Cole is a rom-com queen who’s starred in over 20 Hallmark movies since 2016, including August’s “Double Scoop” with Ryan McPartlin. The actress loves when she gets to lean into the comedy of a script, she told EntertainmentNow, noting, “I do really commit to every character in my Hallmark movies, bringing as much comedy to the rom-com world and injecting any kind of silly that I can.”

When she saw “the most ridiculous” inflatable snowman costume online before setting sail with thousands of Hallmark fans in the fall, she thought it would be comedy “gold,” telling EntertainmentNow, “I am silly through and through. There’s no chance that I’m ever going to grow up. So I thought that (would be) fun for fans to just get to see that side of me, just the playful nature that we don’t really get to showcase a lot on Hallmark Channel.”

Though Cole had the costume in her suitcase on the ship, she didn’t have a plan for how to use it. So, before taking the stage for a round of Hallmark “Family Feud” hosted by Jonathan Bennett, she brainstormed with Hallmark talent relations rep Hadley Vogler to come up with a backstory and a name for the snowwoman character.

“Ten minutes before we were about to walk out, nobody knew I was doing this; I hadn’t even taken it out of the box,” Cole told EntertainmentNow. “I hadn’t tried it on. I had no idea what I was gonna do or how to get it on. We got the batteries, I barely had the head on, and just went out there and had fun. I thought it’d be funny if my arms, like sticks, would always just permanently stick out, and get in the way of everyone.”

Hallmark Fans Can’t Get Enough of Taylor Cole’s Frosé Allday

Taylor Cole, playing her Frosé Allday character at the 2025 Hallmark Christmas Experience, pretended to melt and got a little “help” from Andrew Walker.

The response was huge for Frosé Allday, who was in it to win it and kept the crowd laughing over her hilarious dance moves. Countless fans posted videos of Cole dressed up in the costume, and asked that the character return during Cole’s weekend at the Hallmark Christmas Experience in Kansas City.

Frosé Allday reappeared at the event for the “Family Feud” game, and at one point, Cole deflated the costume to make it look like her snowman was melting. Fellow star Andrew Walker, weareing an inflatable reindeer costume Cole also brought along, tried to come to her rescue — but Paul Campbell hilariously pointed out it did not look as wholesome as intended.

Cole told EntertainmentNow she’s already had requests that Frosé Allday appear again on the fan cruise she’s attending in early January alongside BJ Britt and Victor Webster, organized by Expedia Cruises. But because they’ll be with a smaller group of fans, she said she’ll save the giant snowman for Hallmark-specific events.

Frosé Allday Has Provided an Important Dose of Joy For Taylor Cole This Year

Though Cole didn’t realize the impact it would make when she bought the inflatable costume, playing Frosé Allday throughout the holiday season wound up providing her with a much-needed dose of joy after a tough year of navigating infertility treatments with her husband, producer Cameron Larson.

“I find in life, everything is better with humor and it’s honestly like a coping mechanism for me,” Cole told EntertainmentNow, noting that she’s adopted one of her dad’s favorite sayings — “Choose Happy” — to stay focused on the good in her life.

“That was always what he said, was ‘Choose Happy,’ and it’s not from a delusional state,” Cole explained. “It’s that we have a choice, and we can appreciate everything. And when something bad happens, it’s okay to find the humor in it, too.”

Her dad’s motto is written on a sign in her home’s rec room, next to a flocked Christmas tree from Balsam Hill that she turned into a snowman in 2024 after finding an adorable tree topper that looked like a snowman’s head, complete with a tophat. Little did Cole know that months later, that joyful theme would continue as she became Frosé Allday.

Cole said she’s so appreciative of Hallmark fans’ support, from kindness shown as she opened up about her IVF journey to all the requests for more of her fun and funny snowwoman.

“It’s so fun to play with these fans,” she told EntertainmentNow. “It’s like you’re in the circus, but you’ve got this huge trapeze underneath you. You’ve got this support that is not going anywhere, and they support you through and through. Nobody’s out there judging you, and everybody’s having fun and enjoying all the craziness that we bring. It feels safe, and that allows us to, like, let our guard down and just be ourselves. I’m so grateful for that.”
