Lo Bosworth is officially a mom. The “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” alum announced the arrival of her first child with husband Dom Natale, sharing the joyful news on Instagram earlier this week.
Bosworth revealed that she and Natale welcomed a baby girl named Nelle, posting a heartfelt caption alongside the first photo of their daughter. “🎀 our girl Nelle is here 🎀,” she wrote. “She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time. Our teeny one is named for her Oma and already so loved. More to come! ✨ Love, The Natale Family.”
According to People, Bosworth also included a candid hospital photo from labor, offering fans a glimpse into the intimate moment. The announcement quickly drew an outpouring of love, with comments flooding in from fans and familiar faces alike.

She has shared that she underwent surgery for the condition and later pursued IVF with Natale. The couple also supported each other through overlapping health recoveries, as Bosworth’s surgery happened just weeks after Natale underwent double-jaw surgery.
