“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Bronwyn Newport confided in her castmate Whitney Rose about the rumors that have surfaced about her husband Todd Bradley.
Whitney & Bronwyn’s Age Gap Relationships
“I love that I have Bronwyn to relate [to],” Whitney said in an interview with Bravo HQ, referring to the age gaps in their respective marriages. “I’m 39; Justin’s 57, and I feel like he raised me, in a way. It’s like I’ve spent my entire life married.”
“So, to have Bronwyn to talk to is really cool because not everyone understands what that dynamic is like,” Whitney continued. “And she has a much bigger age difference than I do.”
Bronwyn’s husband Todd is 26 years her senior.
“She deals with a whole other level of interesting-ness,” she concluded. “I wouldn’t change it, like I don’t know if I could be married to someone younger than me.”
Bronwyn Leans on Whitney for Strength
“I don’t know if you’ve seen on Twitter or not, but people are accusing Todd of getting caught on a plane cheating on me,” Bronwyn explained to Whitney in season 6, episode 9. “I land in Salt Lake to a mess on Twitter. While Todd was on his flight to New York, someone caught him looking at photos of women on his phone.”
“When he came home, I was like, ‘What is this…on Twitter?'” Bronwyn explained. “And he goes, ‘ask your friends. They love to dabble in this kind of gossip and nonsense. It’s probably them.'”
“When I first got this screenshot of a tweet sent to me, I was furious with him,” Bronwyn said to a producer in one of her confessionals. “I told Todd he needed to stay at a hotel that night and leave for his business trip the next day or early. We needed some space from each other.”
Bronwyn took Whitney by surprise when she admitted that the photos “wouldn’t bother” her if they’d “talked about it ahead of time.”
“I don’t know that I could say that to anybody else in this group of friends,” Bronwyn said. “I think you and I are the same age. I think you and I are the most out of Mormonism of everybody in this group. If Todd said to me, ‘I’d like to sleep with other people’ or ‘I’d like us to do it together,’ I would…I’d at least try it.”
“Look, I don’t wanna be done with Todd. I wanna evolve with Todd, and I need him to evolve with me,” Bronwyn continued. “And we need to be evolving the same place, the same direction at least. Todd can do what he wants to do, and I can do what I wanna do. But we still need to be a partnership when we get to where we wanna go.”
When Whitney asked if Todd understood that, Bronwyn replied, “I don’t think we’re all the way there yet, no,” before referencing cheating rumors that Lisa Barlow had shared with Angie Katsanevas. “I would rather when Lisa says, ‘Oh, I heard Todd was making out with someone,’ I’m like, ‘I bet he was. I picked her for him. What else?'”

Though Bronwyn mostly keeps her relationship offline, she posted about her and Todd’s anniversary back in March.
“11 years ago on March 11, 2014 I met the love of my life! Today’s celebration before he left for a meeting in NYC, last year in Palm Springs, and then just some of my fav photos of the two of us over the years together!!” she wrote in the caption.
Whitney showed her support even back then, commenting, “Happy Anniversary!”
