“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Lisa Barlow apologized after making a shocking allegation about Bronwyn Newport and Todd Bradley‘s relationship during the “Below Deck Down Under” charter.
Rumors Come Out
During season 6, episode 8, Lisa confided in Angie Katsanevas that she received intel from “someone that I believe and trust” regarding Bronwyn and Todd’s relationship.
Angie eventually “couldn’t hold it in any longer” and called out Lisa for repeating a rumor to her about how Todd was “making out” with one of her friends.
“I was just told that my friend’s very close friend made out with Todd,” Lisa clarified in an exclusive with Bravo HQ.
“This is, like, why Mary Cosby said Angie’s a busybody. She loves to gossip,” Lisa continued in her interview. “That was not something for public consumption, and I normally would never say this. But since Angie brought up the conversation, let’s talk about it. Then, Angie’s trying to turn it on me. Like, ‘Oh, listen to how horrible you are. You’re, like, such a bad friend.'”
Bronwyn’s Response
In a separate interview, Bronwyn addressed the allegations.
“I think Lisa said Todd cheated with one of Lisa’s friends, which is how I know it’s impossible,” Bronwyn said. “If Todd cheated with one of my friends, I mean, I don’t believe that he would, but also, good taste, I guess, because I like them too. There’s no way Todd cheated with one of Lisa’s friends.”
“I don’t have any lawyers on speed dial; Todd doesn’t have any of Lisa’s friends on speed dial,” Bronwyn continued. “Do I think that Lisa looks for information on all of us, and if she can’t find it, she’ll hear something that she could misconstrue and exaggerate? Absolutely. I guess in this case it might be an out and out lie. I don’t know where she got this one from.”
After her confrontation with Lisa, Bronwyn admitted that she regretted how she “yelled, screamed, and lost my mind,” but didn’t regret what she said, especially since Bronwyn also overheard Lisa talking to Britani Bateman about her teenage daughter, Gwen.
Lisa’s Sincere Apology
During the episode’s zombie-themed dinner, Bronwyn addressed Lisa directly after speaking to Todd. “I just really feel like Todd and Gwen need to be off limits, and it doesn’t seem like that is something you can commit to.”
“As of today, I will never, ever, ever bring them up,” Lisa promised her fellow castmate. “And I am very sorry that I hurt your feelings and Todd’s and Gwen’s. I’m very sorry.”
Though Bronwyn thanked Lisa for her apology, she didn’t completely forgive her actions.
“I think it’s disrespectful not to acknowledge when someone is speaking to you, so I acknowledge that Lisa is speaking and that it is to me,” Bronwyn admitted to a producer during one of her confessionals. “Otherwise, those words mean nothing.”
Lisa said in a separate confessional, “I didn’t tell Angie anything with the intention for her to bring it in front of the group and humiliate Bronwyn…I just wanna be status quo at the point with Bronwyn. And I’m genuinely sorry if she’s embarrassed and hurt.”
This rumor is cringeworthy. Lisa knows once it is out of her mouth it will be repeated. Angie could have told this information to her friend privately. Lisa is really dangerous to be a friend lately.
Angie is my hero after watching her on “Wife Swap” how her maternal instincts kicked in and was such a good sport.
1000% agree, Sharon! I have never liked Lisa and never will. She thinks she is above everyone when, in fact, her mouth shows she is gutter material. JMO….

If it is a rumor starting with Lisa we all know it’s a lie. That girl wouldn’t know the truth if it socked her between the eyes. Such an awful hateful person. Especially starting rumors about someone’s child disgusting behavior!
Lisa is the biggest liar & lover on the show!! She can seem to cry on a dime, with her crocodile tears. She’s an ugly person, inside & out & should be fired from the show & tale Meredith with you!
