Getty“General Hospital” star Leslie Charleson died on January 12, 2025. The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner revealed her cause of death as a “sequelae of blunt head trauma,” People reports. She was 79.
Anthony Geary
Getty“General Hospital” star Anthony Geary, beloved for his role as Luke Spencer, died on December 14. He was 78. The actor died after complications from a “scheduled operation” three days prior, TV Insider reports. He is survived by his husband, Claudio Gama, and their beloved cat.
“It was a shock for me and our families and our friends. For more than 30 years, Tony has been my friend, my companion, my husband,” Gama told the publication.
Alice Hirson
“Dallas” actress Alice Hirson died on February 14. She was 95. Tributes poured in for the actress, including one from “General Hospital” star Chris L. McKenna. “We lost a radiant soul and a daytime legend yesterday,” McKenna wrote on Instagram. “Alice Hirson shone her light on this world for 95 glorious years,” the caption reads. “My family and I were so blessed to have her in our lives however briefly. Unforgettable woman. Her final words were ‘It’s nice to have an audience.’ Thank you, Alice. Good night. Legend.”
Eileen Fulton
Getty“As the World Turns” star Eileen Fulton died on July 14. She passed away “after a period of declining health,” an obituary reads, Groce Funeral Home reports. She was 95.
Tristan Rogers
GettyTristan Rogers was beloved for his role on “General Hospital.” He played Robert Scorpio. The actor died from lung cancer on August 15, 2025. He was 79.
His role as Scorpio “meant everything to him,” his manager Meryl Soodak told ABC7. “He loved being Scorpio, and he created that role from nothing. He was supposed to work a day, and he ended up making it into something huge, he was just a genuinely loyal, kind human being, and he loved his family.”
June Lockhart
GettyJune Lockhart worked on “General Hospital” as Felicia’s grandmother, Mariah. She died of natural causes at her home in Santa Monica, a family spokesman shared, BBC reports. She was 100.
Francisco San Martin

Denise Alexander

Pamela Bach
