GH’s writing team has really outdone itself over the last several months. Between Drew’s shooting, Michael and Britt’s individual returns, and the storylines that have spun from these events, it’s a great time to be a “General Hospital” fan.
The scenes surrounding the death of Monica Quartermaine last week were beautifully written, with individual family members receiving the news and processing it in their own ways. Jason shared those first minutes after finding his mother already gone with Tracy, and their shared grief before having to tell the rest of the family was palpable. Now comes a celebration of life for Monica Quartermaine, and that is what this coming week ushers in.
