The time has come for the “America’s Got Talent” Season 21 premiere on NBC. It’s time for new acts to take the stage, as the “AGT” 2026 auditions begin. The return of “America’s Got Talent” to NBC means summer has officially started. Check out the audition schedule and dates below in our “America’s Got Talent” spoilers.

Is There a New Episode of ‘AGT’ on Tonight, June 2, 2026?

Yes, we are back with a new season of “AGT” 2026 tonight on NBC. Season 21 kicks off with a brand-new two-hour episode at 8/7c.

We will see a wide variety of talent during tonight’s premiere. It’s all about drawing in more fans, so we should see everything from choirs and singers to magicians and comedians. How many Golden Buzzers will be handed out during tonight’s premiere? We find out tonight!

‘AGT’ 2026 Episode Breakdown

Auditions: We will start the new season, like every other season, with the audition episodes. These will take place every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC starting on June 2, 2026. If you can’t catch the episodes live, no need to worry. You can stream the episodes the next day on Peacock.

Each week, we will see a variety of acts take the stage. This could be everything from singers and choirs to comedians, magicians, and dancers. We will have some mindblowing acts take the stage, all with the hope of impressing the judges — Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Mel B, and Sofia Vergara.

Terry Crews will also be back as host for “AGT” Season 21. The judges and the host will all get two Golden Buzzers to hand out during these audition episodes.

Judges’ Callback Round: New this season will be the Judges’ Callback Round. For this new round, it will be an opportunity for select acts to get a second chance at impressing the judges. This new round will take place after the auditions are complete. The judges will deliberate and choose which acts advance to the live shows.

However, there will be a select group of acts that the judges will want to see a second time before making their final decision. These acts will be invited to the Judges’ Callbacks, where they will have one more opportunity to fight for the final spots in the live shows. Based on the schedule, it looks like we could have two weeks of this round.

Live Shows Begin

Live Shows: The live shows will start on Tuesday, August 18, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Unlike the two-hour weekly episodes for the auditions, the live shows will switch to a two-night-a-week format.

The acts will perform on Tuesday nights during the two-hour episodes. America will vote. Then on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET, the results will be delivered during the hour-long episode.

Just like with the audition episodes, you can catch both the live performances and the results the next day on Peacock.

These Tuesday and Wednesday episodes will air every week up until the Live Finale, when the winner of “America’s Got Talent” Season 21 will be crowned.
