Jennifer Hudson just gave fans another reason to be excited about her upcoming North American tour with Josh Groban this summer.
The “American Idol” finalist and EGOT winner revealed on social media that she will be hosting a special VIP meet-and-greet exclusively with her, giving audiences the chance to connect with the acclaimed singer beyond the stage.

Hudson & Josh Groban Reveal 2026 North American Tour
Back in December 2025, Josh Groban and Hudson announced that they’re set to tour together, heading to 16 arenas around North America in June and July.
The singers shared the news on an episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” teasing the audience with a special “secret” they were both keeping.
“We might have the same secret, which I think we should tell people, which is that this summer, this extraordinary, extraordinary, one of the greatest vocalists who’s ever lived, one of the most amazing people on the planet…has graciously agreed to come out on the road with me,” Groban said. “We’re gonna be touring!”
Groban added that he was “honored” to hit the road with Hudson and teased the “duet possibilities” between the two.
“This can’t be my life, but I am so excited. It is such an honor,” Hudson said. “One of the greatest vocalists in the world.”
The “GEMS” tour, which is billed as “two legendary voices, one unforgettable evening,” kicks off June 2 in Quebec, and it will stop in major cities like Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, and Detroit before wrapping on July 3 in Utah.
