Jennifer Lopez is entering a brand-new chapter and doing it in serious style. Nearly a year after purchasing her Hidden Hills estate following her split from Ben Affleck, the singer, actress, and former “American Idol” judge is finally showing fans glimpses inside the lavish pink-and-white mansion she reportedly transformed into her own “Barbie dreamhouse” after months of renovations.

Lopez reportedly purchased the property in early 2025 for around $18 million. After finalizing her divorce from Affleck.
Over the past year, renovations have been taking place on the home. Now, Lopez has officially moved into the estate and appears ready to embrace a fresh start.
Lopez showed off the new bachelorette pad in a carousel of photos from a Memorial Day gathering, including moments by the pool and moments with family and close friends.
In one photo, the “On the Floor” singer posed in a white bikini beside the pool at the private Hidden Hills compound. We also got a look at her twins, Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony. There were also photos of Lopez’s mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez, and longtime manager Benny Medina.
According to the Daily Mail, JLo completely customized the property after buying it. An insider said the mansion is “girly and fun,” featuring pink-and-white decor. They said it’s like “her very own Barbie dreamhouse.”
The home sits on roughly 2.5 acres in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood. This also happens to be the same neighborhood where celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, also live.
The home includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a custom home theater, guest quarters, a pool house, and even equestrian facilities, including a five-stall barn and private riding area.
While Jennifer is enjoying the home as her bachelorette pad, it looks like it was previously owned by musician John Fogerty. He is known for his hit songs “Fortunate Son” and “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?”
Leaving the Former Marital Home Behind
Now that Lopez appears to be living in her new bachelorette pad, it looks like it’s the end of her connection to the massive Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Affleck.
The former couple bought the home in 2023 for over $60 million. However, they have struggled to sell the property following their divorce. Recent reports state that Affleck transferred his ownership share to Lopez, which allows her to relist the property for about $50 million.
According to new listing photos, they reportedly show the mansion completely stripped of Lopez’s personal belongings, further confirming she has fully relocated to Hidden Hill.
While Lopez is finally settling into her newly renovated bachelorette pad, she is also preparing for the release of her upcoming Netflix romantic comedy, “Office Romance.” The movie stars “Ted Lasso” star Brett Goldstein.
In the new movie, Lopez plays a powerful CEO whose strict workplace dating policy is challenged when a charming lawyer joins the company. “Office Romance” will be available to stream on Netflix starting June 5.
