It looks like Orlando Bloom has soft-launched his new romance following his split from “American Idol” alum Katy Perry (who’s already hard-launched her very public relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau). The “Lord of the Rings” star has taken to social media to share glimpses of a certain someone who accompanied him on a recent trip.
Orlando Shared His ‘Love Language Lately’
Bloom took to Instagram on Tuesday, March 31, and shared a collection of photos of his travels, which show that he’s not alone. For instance, in the first pic, the actor can be seen shirtless while hiking through a snowy landscape and wearing a sling that holds his dog, Biggie Smalls. Granted, they’re not the only ones on the trip.
If you’re wondering who took the photos of Bloom, it could very well be the same person who can be seen — a little — in other images. Along with a hand that boasts red nails (that is far different from Bloom’s hand, which can be seen in another pic) holding a flower in one photo, there’s also a shot of the actor in a bathtub with legs beside him that aren’t his own.
In response to the post, one person left a comment, saying, “Ok soft launch.”
A second follower asked, “Who is she????”
Although Bloom didn’t tag or mention the person who was with him, there is one very strong possibility.
Bloom Has Been ‘Secretly Dating’ Model Luisa Laemmel
While 49-year-old Bloom also kept the location of his trip under wraps, he recently “enjoyed a mini-break in Switzerland” with 28-year-old Swiss model Luisa Laemmel, whom he’s “secretly dating,” according to The Sun.
“They stayed in a luxury suite at the Dolder Grand in Zurich, where rooms cost up to £13,700 per night, as dad-of-two Orlando took part in a promotional event for Porsche,” The Sun notes. After that, the pair “spent the weekend at the five-star Bürgenstock on Lake Lucerne.” That’s not to mention the fact that “the Brit is believed to have met some of Luisa’s friends and family.”
According to a source who talked to The Sun, “Orlando and Luisa have been quietly seeing each other for several months.”
Indeed, the pair “were first linked last month when they were seen leaving the Super Bowl arm in arm at Santa Clara, California,” per The Sun.
“They’ve become a proper little family unit, and Orlando even flew his teacup poodle Biggie Smalls over for the trip,” the source continued. “He is based in LA while she’s in New York, so they don’t get to see each other all the time. But there’s a real spark.”
