Carl Radke’s Honest Comments About His Status With West Wilson

When it comes to Bravo, “Summer House” is one of the hottest topics and has been for several weeks now. This is the case due to the West Wilson, Amanda Batula, and Ciara Miller love triangle. Recently, Carl Radke gave an update on where he stands with Wilson and if they’ve spoken.

Radke’s comments come ahead of the “Summer House” season 10 finale, which is scheduled to air on May 19. Following that, the highly anticipated reunion will begin airing the following week.

Radke was interviewed by Access Hollywood on a recent red carpet. When asked where he stands with Wilson and if they’ve spoken in light of the scandal, he said, “I have not talked to West.”

The “Summer House” fan-favorite then said, “He has reached out to me, but I’m not ready to respond. From what I know of what’s gone on and how he’s handling it and how I handle things.”

From there, the reality star then admitted that he’s been a [bad] person in the past. He noted, “But I also like really, really care how I make people feel.” Radke went on to express concern with the way Wilson has chosen to deal with the Batula/Miller situation.

According to him, “I don’t think he fully understands, still, the impact of some of this and we’ve been over this many times with him. With Ciara and everything. Many dinner tables on camera, many seasons, and here we are again.”

After that, Radke stated that he doesn’t “have a lot of grace for some of it.” Still, he hopes that his fellow “Summer House” costar is “doing okay.”

The Soft Bar founder added, “I wish him well, but yeah, I can’t really hold space for someone like that.”

By many standards, season 10 is among the most successful seasons of “Summer House.” However, many fans have wondered where the cast, especially the original stars, go from here. This is especially the case as Bravo plans to launch “In The City,” the newest spin-off of the hit series.

Radke spoke to PEOPLE in January about the season, saying that it may be the last time the original cast members are on the show. According to him, “It was emotional. It was exciting, but I felt like this might be the last time that the core group might be together.”

He then said of the season, “So it was like time to let it all hang out and really give it your best. I was excited to come into season 10 ’cause I just felt like I was feeling good in my own skin, I was feeling confident, and I love hanging out with these guys. So, feeling good.”
