Paris Jackson Fires Back After Critic Says Tattoos Ruin Her ‘Perfection’

Paris Jackson is standing by her tattoos after an online critic suggested the extensive ink takes away from her appearance. The singer and actress responded with a sarcastic quip after the commenter described her as gorgeous but claimed her tattoos made her look “dirty.” Her answer made it clear that she has no plans to let someone else’s idea of perfection change her personal style, much like the confidence seen in Michelle Pfeiffer’s glowing selfie.

Paris Jackson Has a Sharp Response

According to People, the exchange began after E! News shared an Instagram post about Paris Jackson meeting her mother, Debbie Rowe, for the first time. The post included a photo showing the chakra-inspired tattoo running down the center of her chest.

One commenter praised her appearance but took issue with the tattoos.

“She is gorgeous, but those tattoos just make her look dirty and takes away from her look,” the commenter wrote.

Paris Jackson was quick to respond.

“oh no what ever will i do 😰,” she wrote.

She then added, “(i’m dirty even without the tattoos).”

The commenter did not stop there. They later told Paris Jackson that she had “messed with perfection” by getting tattoos.

Rather than backing down, the singer continued to own her choices.

More Than 80 Tattoos

Paris Jackson has accumulated more than 80 tattoos over the years. The collection has become part of her recognizable look. Many of the tattoos carry personal meaning, while others reflect her appreciation for art and creativity.

According to a Page Six article from June 2016, the singer addressed the reaction to her growing collection. At the time, she reportedly had around 20 tattoos.

“Some people like them, some people absolutely hate them,” Paris Jackson said at the time. She noted that she appreciates art, and particularly when the art has personal meaning.

Some of the singer’s most recognizable tattoos are connected to her late father, Michael Jackson.

In June 2017, she revealed the chakra-inspired design across her chest. The intricate tattoo represents energy points and has remained one of her most visible pieces.

Similarly, Paris Jackson had “Applehead” tattooed in cursive across her left foot in 2017. The phrase was a term of endearment used by people close to Michael Jackson.

When she shared the tattoo at the time, Paris Jackson wrote, “With every step I take, you lift my foot and guide me forward.”

She also has tattoos inspired by Michael Jackson’s work. Her collection includes the cover of his “Dangerous” album and “Queen of my Heart” written in his handwriting.

Paris Jackson Is Still Proud of Her Ink

Paris Jackson’s tattoo collection is not simply about following a trend. Many of the designs reflect important people, memories and creative influences in her life.

For Paris Jackson, tattoos have long been a form of self-expression. They can honor loved ones, represent personal experiences or simply exist because she likes the art.

Her tattoos are part of her story, her style and her idea of beauty. And when someone suggests they ruined her “perfection,” she appears more than comfortable disagreeing. Elsewhere, Madonna and Kylie Minogue have finally announced a long-awaited collaboration.
