David Beckham and Victoria Beckham stepped into the spotlight for a night of glamour and warmth as they celebrated his knighthood with a private dinner hosted by close friend and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
The occasion offered fans one of the Beckham couple’s more relaxed and intimate outings in months, as they dined late into the night with family and show-business friends at Ramsay’s upscale Chelsea restaurant.
The 50-year-old former football star, now formally addressed as “Sir David,” was joined by Victoria and their children for exclusive family time after the official ceremony.
Guests described the evening as elegant yet comfortable, notably lasting past 1 a.m., with laughter, heartfelt toasts and a clear sense of celebration, according to the Daily Mail.
What Was on the Menu
A source told the outlet how Ramsay was more than happy to host. “As David’s best friend, Gordon decided the best gift was to throw him a wonderful dinner,” the insider told the outlet.
Attendees were treated to a curated three-course meal crafted by Ramsay himself, featuring David’s favourite classic British fare such as beef Wellington and a gourmet twist on jam roly-poly for dessert, according to The Sun.
Victoria, who avoids red meat, opted for sea bass while maintaining her signature polish in a black gown.
Champagne flowed, and Ramsay’s hospitality set the tone for a night of joy rather than formal pageantry.
One source who attended the event told the Sun details of the event.
“Gordon took care of the whole thing,” the source noted. “Becks’ favourite Chateau Margaux — plus a lot of champagne — was flowing.”
The insider added, “Obviously everyone kept making a big deal of calling him ‘Sir David’ and that was the running gag of the night.”
A Family Milestone & Joyful Togetherness
Victoria took to social media after the event to gush about how wonderful the day was.
“Words cannot express how proud I am of you @DavidBeckham! It was so wonderful to celebrate with both of our families and friends last night at our favourite restaurant in London,” she began. “Thank you @Gordongram and @Tanaramsay for hosting us at @RestaurantGordonRamsay — it was a night we will never forget! We love you both so much! xx”
Social media users loved to see the rare images of the joyous day.
“So well deserved Sir Beckham 👏 A beautiful family 😍 Chef Gordon knows how to host a celebration,” one user wrote.
Although David’s eldest son, Brooklyn, was reportedly absent, the presence of their younger children and close friends made the night feel deeply personal.
