Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay celebrated his 59th birthday on November 8, a “special” day that he shares alongside his youngest daughter, Matilda, aka, Tilly.
Ramsay, known for his competitive food TV shows MasterChef and Hell’s Kitchen, shared an Instagram post celebrating the duo’s birthday, after the two turned 59 and 24, respectively.

“Sharing a birthday with this beautiful woman makes the whole day even more special,” Ramsay wrote in a post to his daughter. “Happy Birthday Tilly sending lots of love Dad ❤️.”
The post includes several photos of the pair, including them at the beach, both sporting sunglasses and some throwback pictures of her childhood.
“Happy happy birthday to you!!!!!!! I Love you Dad!!!!! ❤️” Tilly replied in the comments.
Ramsay’s post gathered over 1,000 comments filled with birthday wishes from fans and fellow chefs.
“How special!!! Happy birthday you two!!” wrote Candace Nelson, a pastry chef who is set to join Ramsay on “Next Level Baker,” according to Deadline. The series will put a holiday twist on Ramsay’s show “Next Level Chef.”

Tilly shared her two posts for her father on her Instagram story on November 8 in honor of their birthday. In one post, she shared his dedication post to her writing, “Thanks for being the best.”
“Happiest of birthdays to my role model, inspiration and the best dad ever!!!!!” she wrote in another post. “I love you so so much.”
Tilly is one of Ramsay’s six children that he shares with his wife Tana. The couple married in 1996 and became first-time parents with the birth of their eldest Megan in 1998.
The parents then welcomed a pair of fraternal twins, Holly and Jack, in 1999, before having Tilly in 2001.
The Ramsay family grew in 2019 with the birth of their second son, Oscar, and again in 2023 with the addition of their son Jesse.
Tilly Ramsay Follows Dad’s Lead With Cooking Show
Tilly appears to be following in her dad’s footsteps as she takes on her own cooking show. The 24-year-old can be seen hosting “Dish It Out” on Prime Video, which started streaming in September.
“She’s all grown up and has her own show,” Ramsay wrote on Instagram on September 5. “So proud of you @tillyramsay and your new @primevideo show #DishItOut.”
“And thx for squeezing in the old man as a guest kid…he still can show you a few tricks,” his post continued. “Can’t wait to watch all the rest and so proud Dad.”
On “Dish It Out,” which has 32 episodes out, Tilly teams up with both chefs and celebrities, like chef Daphne Oz, “The Summer I Turned Pretty” actress Summer Madison and Frankie Grande, singer and actress Ariana Grande’s brother.
