Battling For a Spot on Gordon Ramsay’s Menu
After a stressful “Cook For Your Life” challenge, the ten remaining chefs get a good night’s sleep for their next challenge. The top 10 learn that Hell’s Kitchen will close for a private event to celebrate Johnson & Wales University’s 50th anniversary. In their challenge, they will create an exquisite dinner menu that needs French components. After all, they are cooking for students and alumni attending a highly regarded institution for culinary education.
Competitors go head-to-head to see who has the best dish. First up is the battle of the scallops between Lisa and Jayden. The menu item that wins is Jayden, and a point goes to the blue team.
Next, the battle of the squid between Chris and Anaiya. The winner is Anaiya, and she earns a point for the red team. Alexandra and Jada take on monkfish. Taking the easy win is Jada for the blue team. The battle of the duck is between Anthony and Ellie. The point goes to Anthony, earning yet another blue team point.
Finally, there is filet mignon between Henry and Cydni. Henry wins, and so does the blue team. Their prize is parasailing in Cape Cod. Meanwhile, the red team will be baking a cake and dreading their loss as Ramsay tells them it’s dorm cleaning day.
But as the red team puts on their baking hats, they start to get a little annoyed by Anaiya, who continues to brag about herself and her cooking skills.
Who Got Eliminated on ‘Hell’s Kitchen?’
It’s time for dinner service as Hell’s Kitchen celebrates Johnson and Wales’ 50th anniversary dinner. The menu will feature the dishes that won the challenge, and fans get a treat when “Hell’s Kitchen” winner Rock Harper makes an appearance.
For appetizer, Alexandra and Anaiya are both on the fish station, and as fans know, they haven’t had the best relationship. Both teams are giving Ramsay cold food, and it seems like both Chris (blue team) and Anaiya (red team) are feeling the most pressure as they cook for their alma mater. In fact, Anaiya takes control of Alexandra’s dishes.
Jada (blue team) is on the meat station solo for dinner service. She ends up being “too in the zone” and gets yelled at by Ramsay for an incorrect order. However, she bounces back.
Meanwhile, Anaiya is literally pushing Alexandra out of her station during dinner service to take over. Others on the red team take notice with Cydni sharing that Alexandra was “bullied” from her station.
At the end of dinner service, Ramsay shares that there is no winning team.
For the blue team, the two chefs up for elimination are Jayden and Chris. For the red team, it’s Alexandra and Anaiya.
Ramsay calls out Anaiya for micromanaging. In fact, Alexandra shares with Ramsay how toxic it has been for her on the red team, especially working alongside Anaiya. Both Ellie and Cydni also call out Anaiya for her behavior.
FoxUnfortunately, Alexandra, an executive chef from Oregon, goes home this week. She sadly lacked leadership and should have stood her ground against Anaiya at her station.
In a preview for next week’s episode, Anaiya appears to take her teammate’s feedback to heart and adjust her attitude, but the question is, will it last?

Last year I’ll ever watch hells kitchen. I wouldn’t work for Ramsey if my life depended in it. He should have gotten rid of his toxic bitch. Let her be his head chef and see how many employees will stick around.
Agreed 100%. Yes, could have stood up for herself but it would’ve led to a shouting match and Ramsey doesn’t like that either. Jada is just as bad. I’ve stopped watching in the past and only restarted recently, I guess it’s still more of a b*tch show.
