Tilly Ramsay has revealed her recent trip to Greece has inspired her to cook lots of Greek-inspired dishes. Gordon Ramsay’s social media influencer daughter, 24 — a talented cook in her own right — has said she “can’t stop eating Greek food” after visiting the beautiful country in Southeast Europe.
The former “Strictly Come Dancing” contestant — who recently celebrated her shared birthday with her famous dad — took to her Instagram account to post an amazing recipe that’s both delicious and nutritious in equal measure.
Tilly Ramsay’s Greek Protein Bowl Looks Fantastic
Tilly Ramsay posted a 77-second video with all the information required to make a mouth-watering Greek-inspired protein bowl.
As well as demonstrating the practical fundamentals of the dish, Tilly included all of the ingredients — none of which are difficult to source — in the caption accompanying the post. The caption begins, “I recently had the best time in Greece and I can’t stop eating Greek inspired food! 🇬🇷🥙 Here is the recipe for my Greek inspired protein bowl! Let me know if you love this as much as I do! 🫶🏼”
The dish is comprised of four main components; Chicken meatballs, Greek salad, tzatziki, and salad dressing, along with sides of brown rice, kalamata olives, and a sprinkling of feta cheese.
According to Tilly’s instructions, the meatballs should take between 18 and 20 minutes to cook in a 200°C oven.
The post’s comments were full of positivity, including one from Tilly’s mother, Tana, who wrote, “Love this Tils xxxxx.”
Another of Tilly’s followers commented, “Love Greek Food, such a tasty way to eat nutritious food, and this all looks Devine 😍.”
Someone else said, “👀💜 this is one of those moment where I’m experimenting in the kitchen… Come up with all that and someone asks me for the recipe and I say. “Yes.” 😂 Keep it up Tilly! Content is gold. LET’S GOOOO!!! 💪🏼”
Tilly’s Inspiration Came From Her ‘Unforgettable’ Ironman Experience
Of course, Tilly Ramsay was in Greece recently to participate in the formidable Ironman Greece course.
Along with her mom and dad, rather impressively, Tilly successfully completed the course. It comprises a 1.9 km (1.2 miles) swim, a 90 km (56 miles) bike ride, and a 21.1 km (13.1 miles) run around picturesque Costa Navarino, Peloponnese.
Having clearly enjoyed the food she experienced on her trip, we can probably expect more delicious Greek delights to pop up on her social media accounts. Suffice it to say, her Greek-inspired protein bowl would have provided all the fuel she needed to get round the course.
If you’re planning on completing a physical challenge anytime soon, you could do a lot worse than try it yourself. Even if you’re not, it looks so delicious that you should give it a shot anyway!
