It was time for Week 12 on “Top Chef” Season 23 tonight on Bravo. The five remaining chefs headed to Asheville with a “Top Chef” alum. This reality TV cooking competition is heating up, as we are getting closer and closer to finding out the winner of “Top Chef: Carolinas.” That meant this Elimination Challenge on “Top Chef” 2026 was going to be extra intense. They all want to be named the winner of “Top Chef” Season 23, but who got eliminated on “Top Chef” 2026 tonight? Find out below in our “Top Chef” spoilers.

Who Went Home on ‘Top Chef’?

The judges were putting the pressure on these chefs, as there would be no Quickfire Challenge this week. Instead, they teamed up with former “Top Chef” contestant Ashleigh Shanti to explore the city of Asheville, which experienced great damage from Hurricane Helene. The chefs then hosted a one-night-only event for 200 community members who were resilient during the city’s tough times.

While the five remaining chefs are all competing to be named the winner of “Top Chef” season 23, only one of them can win the $250,000 prize. Which chef will be eliminated tonight? Find out below with our results.

Week 12 Begins

Kristen surprises the chefs with some donuts. She says before they head back to Charlotte, they will be taking a detour to Asheville. We will share updates as tonight’s episode airs, so keep refreshing this page for the latest results.

9:15 p.m. – The chefs make their way to Asheville, as there is no Quickfire Challenge tonight. They explore the city and the damage from Hurricane Helene last year. For tonight’s Elimination Challenge, they have to create a dish featuring two Appalachian ingredients. They will then serve 200 diners, including community members who have persevered since the hurricane.

9:25 p.m. – For winning last week, Sherry got to pick what two Appalachian ingredients she wants to use tonight. The other chefs can’t use the same ingredients. Now the chefs are in the kitchen and cooking their dishes for the night.

9:35 p.m. – The three hours of prep time are complete. The chefs didn’t get nearly as much done as they would have liked. Now they come back the next day with nerves running high.

9:45 p.m. – The next day arrives, and they are in the middle of the forest cooking. They had 90 minutes to cook and prep, as the guests and judges have now arrived. Service starts soon.

9:55 p.m. – We see the judges making their way around to all of the dishes, which they seem to be enjoying. The other chefs all have long lines, but Sieger has nothing. It seems no one wants live pate.

Judges’ Table on ‘Top Chef’

10:05 p.m. – Tom said overall, they all did a great job on the dishes. The judges made some decisions:

  • Favorite Dishes – The dishes said the standout dishes tonight were from Sherry, Rhoda, and Laurence. After a scare of a snake coming through and the judges jumping on the table, we find out the winning dish for the night came from Rhoda. For winning, she gets an advantage in the next challenge.
  • Least Favorite Dishes – That means the least favorite dishes for the night came from Sieger and Jonathan. We get even more feedback on the dishes. Sieger’s dish had a bad texture, and Jonathan’s dish had too much acid.

10:15 p.m. – Results – The judges discuss both dishes. They said it’s tough, as they all did well. The chef eliminated tonight is Sieger, who is eliminated for the second time this season. However, it got awkward and emotional. Sieger calls out the judges, says he made a dish that was what the challenge called for: highlight Appalachian ingredients. However, he looks past the texture issues. I mean, he even asks for the rules of the challenge. It was just awkward, and he blew up for no reason!
