How to Watch the ‘Worst Cooks in America’ Finale

After weeks of challenges and cooking lessons, Chef Jeff and Chef Tiffany are ready to crown the winner of “Worst Cooks in America” season 30. This was a “Reality Check,” as these reality TV stars battled it out to be named the winner tonight.

The season 30 finale kicks off on Sunday, February 1, 2026. The show will start at 8 p.m. ET on Food Network.

Episodes will be available to stream live on Food Network GO. In addition, the new episodes will be available to stream on Discovery+ or HBO Max.

How Does the Finale Work?

For this reality TV cooking competition, Jeff and Tiffany have whittled down the contestants to the final five. Now, we have back-to-back new episodes before a winner is crowned tonight.

For the first episode, the recruits will become culinary spies. They will be taking on a scavenger hunt to find ingredients and put together a mystery dish.

Then, in the Main Dish Challenge, Jeff and Tiffany will teach their teams how to make elevated proteins and luxury desserts. The bottom two will then face off, creating a high-end hors d’oeuvres worthy of a secret agent’s approval, with one recruit eliminated.

For the final episode, the recruits will be taking part in “Bite Club.” They will team up for a high-stakes, no-holds-barred culinary battle royale.

Then it’s the final Skill Drill Challenge of the season, with the four remaining recruits crafting a composed dish that showcases everything they’ve learned this season. However, only two of them will move on to the final challenge: prepare a three-course restaurant-quality meal.

For winning, the contestant will get $25,000 for their charity, and Jeff or Tiffany will win bragging rights. The finale airs tonight at 8/7c on Food Network, with the episode available to stream tomorrow on Discovery+ and HBO Max.

Which contestant will win it all? We find out tonight, but we made our predictions earlier!
