Kylie Jenner Unveils $15M ‘Dream Home’ As Massive Renovation Continues

Kylie Jenner is sharing an update on construction of one of her various homes, and work is well underway.

In a video the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” alum shared on YouTube, the mother of two takes fans on a guided tour of a lavish and luxurious 13,000-square-foot home in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills neighborhood that she purchased back in 2020.

Inside Kylie’s ‘Dream Home’

In the new vlog — which she titled “building my dream house” — Jenner welcomes fans by explaining, “I just really felt inspired to bring you guys along today,” filming herself as she takes a look at all the work going on at “my construction site.”

Adds Jenner, “I have been building a house for, like, six years. I bought the property in 2020 and I really wasn’t going to post about it, but it’s kind of all over the internet anyway, so I have to do some approvals, and you’re coming with me. Let’s go!”

Luxe Landscaping

The reality TV star began her tour by showcasing the exterior landscaping, which incluees fragrant lavender trees and some “old, ancient” olive trees.

She also pointed to an area where she planned to plant a rose garden, because she “just want[s] to be a princess.”

Also on display was an “unreal” driveway made from reclaimed cobblestones, before she brought viewers inside her “beautiful dream Italian home.”

First came a glimpse at the flooring, utilizing “reclaimed gorgeous wood” and a stunning mantle that will top the yet-to-be-constructed fireplace in the entryway, which at this point is still “in pieces.”

She’s Itching to Move In

From there, it was on the the expansive kitchen, where cabinetry was in the process of being installed.

Other elements on display were a basement gym and spa area, and guest bathrooms that feature “stunning stone” and “vintage tile,” among other luxe elements.

She concuded her tour by returning outside, where a “sports court” was in the works, along with a water-spewing fountain and outdoor entertaining area complete with pizza oven,

“That is it for all the approvals today and all the newness,” she said while concluding the home tour. “I’m so excited. I’ve been working on this for so long, and I’m just ready for it to be done. And to move in.”

A Real Estate Mogul

In addition to her makeup empire and other business ventures, the cosmetics mogul has also amassed a healthy real estate portfolio over the years.

The same month she bought her Hidden Hills home, she also picked up a massive compound in Holmby Hills for a whopping $36.5 million. She also owns a stunning mansion in Palm Springs, which she picked up in 2018 for $13.5 million, and serves as her home base for her annual trips to Coachella.

“When I was younger, I got really excited, and I got the craziest house I could in Beverly Hills, and I just kind of went for it,” she said of how her growing interest in real estate became part of her “enormous life” during a recent interview for Who What Wear. “I’ve realized that my life got too big, and I said, ‘Yeah, never mind.’”

She observed, “I think I lost control of my life a little bit for a while there.”
