“Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant” alum Lexi Tatman is pregnant and expecting her third baby with husband Kyler Lopez.
“All because of Love,” Tatman captioned her announcement. “Baby Lopez #3 due September 2026.”

MTV fans watched as Tatman’s first pregnancy played out during season 1 of “Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant” in 2017. Two years later, she quietly welcomed a second son with Lopez.
In September 2025, Tatman opened up about pregnancy loss.
“I never thought I’d be writing this. After two healthy pregnancies, I never imagined I’d join the 1 in 8 couples who struggle with infertility,” she shared at the time. “Our journey has been long and painful. When we had our first miscarriage just a year and some months ago, I was absolutely distraught. I grieved so deeply, but I kept telling myself ‘maybe it was just bad luck.'”
She added, “A year went by. We decided to try again, only to have another miscarriage… and then one right after that. Three losses total. In that time, I’ve worked so hard on everything I can control. I’ve changed my diet, started tracking my cycles, gotten my hormones tested, and tried to give my body every possible chance to heal. And yet, we’ve been hit with heartbreak over and over again. Secondary infertility was never something I thought we’d face. It’s isolating, confusing, and so deeply painful. I’ve decided to write this because it’s real, raw, and something I know we don’t struggle with alone. If you’re going through this too, I see you. 💛 You are not alone. You are not broken. And you’re allowed to hold both grief and hope at the same time.”
Lexi Tatman Remains Hopeful After Infertility
After one fan reached out to Tatman about experiencing similar infertility issues and asking for advice, the former reality star explained that she is taking this pregnancy “day by day.”
“Short answer is I absolutely spiral and am terrified!” Tatman shared. “As you probably know, I use dark humor to help cope but I also have to remind myself that whatever happens is out of my control and to just take it day by day. Everyday does get a little easier for me but it’s a constant fear in the back of my mind.”
Lexi and Kyler tied the knot in Las Vegas in September 2022. They share two sons, 8-year-old Tobias and 6-year-old Jay.
