After years of competing on MTV and building a life together off-screen, Kam Williams and Leroy Garrett have officially said “I do.” The fan-favorite couple from “The Challenge” tied the knot on August 5 in a private ceremony, keeping things small, simple, and entirely their style.

The reality stars revealed their big news to People, which shared exclusive photos from their wedding day. Instead of going all out with a traditional ceremony, the pair chose to focus on what mattered most — their love and their two children.
“Any time something felt stressful, I knew it wasn’t for us, so we dropped it,” Williams explained. “We decided to keep it easy and stay close to home. We kept it super simple: pick a date, choose outfits, book the location. I handled our daughter’s outfit, Lee handled our son’s, and that was that, stress-free.”
In fact, not even close family knew about the plans until after the vows were exchanged. Garrett ditched dress shoes for sneakers, and instead of a big crowd, the only witnesses were their kids, Kingston and Aria.
Afterward, the family of four headed to Detroit’s Candy Bar at The Siren Hotel to snap photos they could share with loved ones who weren’t there.
“[Our wedding was] real, fun, loving, perfect… and very us,” Williams said. “It was intimate and personal. There was laughter, happy tears and that warm feeling of knowing you’re exactly where you’re meant to be, just the four of us, making this moment ours.”
From ‘The Challenge’ to Marriage and Family Life
For fans, the wedding feels like the perfect next chapter in a story that started years ago on reality TV. Garrett got his start on “The Real World,” while Williams first appeared on “Are You the One?” before making her debut on “The Challenge: Vendettas.” They met just before filming the show’s 31st season, instantly clicked, and even made it to the end of the competition together.
Two years later, in 2019, the pair went public with their relationship. Garrett proposed in 2022, just weeks before their first child, Kingston, was born. By February 2024, the couple had welcomed their daughter, Aria.
While Garrett is currently competing on “The Challenge: Vets & New Threats,” season 41, Williams has stepped back from the main series. Her most recent appearance was on “The Challenge: All Stars” season 4 in 2024.
For now, though, the fan-favorite couple is embracing family life and enjoying a stress-free chapter as husband and wife. “This moment, our elopement, was just for us,” Williams reflected. “And I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.”
