Ozzy Osbourne was known for owning a variety of real estate, and one of his most impressive purchases was a condo fit for a king located in the Sierra Towers building in the Los Angeles area. The 31-story residential high-rise where the late rocker formerly owned two units is located on Doheny Road in West Hollywood.
Realtor.com reported on November 5, 2025 that Osbourne’s trust has placed a unit Osbourne purchased for $2.25 million in 2022 on the market. The listing is priced at a slightly increased $2.375.
But before buying that condo, the “Crazy Train” singer nabbed an even bigger unit in the same building. Read on for details.
Inside the Osbournes’ $4 Million Condo
Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne sold the larger of their two Sierra Towers condos in October 2024, less than year before he died of coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s in July 2025.
Realtor.com says the pair tried listing the palatial pad three times before it went for a discounted price of $4.35 million, which was almost $500,000 less than what they originally asked for. They purchased it back in 2014, per the report, which says the 2,300-square-foot space was once used as Kelly Osbourne’s primary residence.

Why Ozzy Osbourne Moved to the U.K.
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne famously returned to their native U.K. in March 2025 after the relocation was delayed several times by Ozzy’s health struggles. He announced his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2020 and he underwent several surgeries in the years prior to his move.
So why did the Black Sabbath Cofounder move out of California? He explained in a BBC documentary titled “Coming Home” that followed his and Sharon’s path back to their hometown of moving back to their home in Hertfordshire, “I don’t want to be buried in America.”
He said in the film, “I’m so looking forward to an English summer.” Sharon revealed the famous couple always referred to their U.K. mansion as “home.” She went on, “I always told Ozzy, ‘When you’re 70, we say goodbye.'”
Sharon also talked about her and Ozzy’s loving relationship. “He’s very romantic. He still leaves me little notes. So I’ll open a drawer and there’s a little note from him.” In one sweet scene, the 76-year-old replied, “Love you more,” after Sharon told him “loves you” after a cute kiss.

Rest IN PEACE ” PRINCE OF DARKNESS”. I HEARD YOU ARE A REALLY NICE GUY.
