Beloved actor Robin Williams died on August 11, 2014, leaving behind three children: Zelda Williams, Zachary Pym Williams, and Cody Alan Williams. Zelda Williams Breaks IG Silence
The last Instagram post on the social media platform Zelda was made on February 29, 2024. It was a bunch of photos from the 2024 horror-comedy film “Lisa Frankenstein,” starring Cole Sprouse and Kathryn. Zelda also had a role in the film, as she directed it, making it her directorial debut.
On Sunday, January 17, she took to Instagram again to share several new photos of herself: five black-and-white modeling photos, and she looks gorgeous! In the caption, she reflected on 2025 and what it brought her, while remaining hopeful that better things would come this year.
“2025 was less than sparkly, not gonna lie- so here’s to razzle-dazzling the (expletive) out of 2026. Hell, let’s pour glitter into the cracks of 2026’s couch!” she wrote in the caption. “Confidently stomp that (expletive) into its carpet! Hide it in the damned air vents! I want to find the twinkling evidence of this year in dusty corners for years to come.”
Fans showed support in the comment section. “My beautiful friend,” actress Olivia Munn wrote. “STUNNING!!! What a legend,” another comment reads. “WOW! You are Razzle Dazzle fabulous baby. Later 2025,” a fan shared.
Other reactions include, “Love these Zelda,” “Yes yes a thousand times YES!!!,” and “THIS IS ART.”
Zelda Williams Discusses Her Career
GettyFans of Zelda are hopeful that she will direct another film soon, but she is less likely to return to acting, despite her earlier success. “I don’t really know, I don’t really care,” she told Variety in February 2024 when asked if she would act again. “As funny as it sounds, I would do it for friends, but for me, and this is not me trying to do a fish for compliments thing because I know women get accused of that a lot, I was never all that pretty and stylish and I was never all that popular.”
She continued, “I liked acting, but I won’t say I’m all that remarkable. I am deep down not a person who loves the attention that comes along with acting.”
