Season seven ended with Amy preparing for her Halloween wedding to her fiancé Brian Lovvorn. While the big day will be featured in the upcoming eighth season, Amy has already offered fans a glimpse into life with her new husband just two months into their marriage.

Amy Slaton offered a glimpse into married life after getting hitched to Brian Lovvorn with a spooky ceremony on Halloween night this year. Now two months of wedding bliss, the couple are going strong, with Amy recently sharing a sweet birthday tribute to her husband.
On Instagram, Amy shared a montage of photos with Brian, including the couple going axe-throwing in matching plaid shirts, several selfies of their memorable trips, and a photo of Amy’s two children meeting Santa.
Other snapshots included the moment Brian surprised Amy with a proposal inside a haunted house, which was captured on the show, as well as Amy proudly showing off her unique engagement ring, which featured two skeleton hands forming a heart.
She captioned her post, “Happy birthday Brian Lovvorn !! You are a shining star in my life and I am forever grateful for your unwavering support of my dreams!! And for being a rock that holds everything together!!”
Amy and Brian tied the knot on October 31, Halloween night, at Talbott Tavern, a reportedly haunted restaurant and inn in Bardstown, Kentucky, according to People.
Speaking to the outlet, Amy called her wedding “a dream finally coming true” and said how happy she was to have Brian in her life.
“Getting married means that I’m no longer lonely because I’ve discovered my soulmate, Brian, is my happy place! Once you get to know him, you’ll find him to be the sweetest, most caring person you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing! Not only did he capture my heart, but he also won over my boys and not many men out there will accept a single mom with two energetic boys!” Amy shared.

Fans only got a glimpse of Amy hunting for the perfect wedding venue and butting heads with her family over a spooky ceremony in season seven. But the full wedding preparations will be revealed in the upcoming eighth season, premiering on January 6, 2026.
According to a trailer for the new season, Amy isn’t the only one in a happy relationship. Her sister, Tammy, continues to go strong with her girlfriend, Andrea Dalton, whom she first introduced to viewers in season seven. In fact, Tammy even sees wedding bells in their future.
“Kinda wonder if she’s gonna ask me to marry her,” Tammy shares in a confessional.
However, the season also promises tension between Amy and Tammy. “It feels like we’re drifting apart,” Amy is heard stating. Their brother, Chris Combs, shares that the family chat has lately been filled with expletives. Meanwhile, when Amy and Tammy try to meet, Amy storms off after calling her sister “toxic.”
