All of the Performances From the ‘American Idol’ 2026 Finale

The “American Idol” season 24 finale aired tonight on ABC. The Idol Finale featured this season’s Top 3 — Hannah Harper, Jordan McCullough, and Keyla Richardson — performing one last night for your votes. It was a jam-packed night of performances, so check out all of tonight’s performances, including the special guest performances, below in our “American Idol” spoilers.

Here are all the performances from the incredible finale:

Top 3 Kick Things Off

The night starts with the Top 3 taking the stage to perform “The Champion” by Carrie Underwood. Seems fitting, as we will have a champion crowned tonight. A strong start to the night on “American Idol” 2026.

Alicia Keys’ Song Performance – Hannah Harper

Alicia Keys is mentoring the Top 3 this week, so they will be singing one of her songs. Hannah said she will be singing “No One.” Alicia said she can make this her own by adding that bluegrass touch to it. She is dedicating this one to her husband and what he’s sacrificed for her during this journey. This one was interesting for me. I think she has a strong voice, but this is such a popular song, and I feel she got lost with it.

Alicia Keys’ Song Performance – Keyla Richardson

She tells Alicia she is singing “Un-thinkable (I’m Ready),” which she said is her anthem. Alicia wants her to have a bigger moment in the middle of the song. She said this is a song for her talking to herself. First of all, she looks absolutely beautiful for this performance. This look is it for her. Then the vocals? Yeah, they were on point! Great start of the night for Keyla.

Alicia Keys’ Song Performance – Jordan McCullough

Jordan is so excited to see Alicia Keys. He will be singing “If I Ain’t Got You.” He sings for Alicia, and she is so excited. She said she is a fan. They work on some stage presence, but Alicia loves it. She said he’s got a real chance of winning this. God, his voice is just so good. He has such control of his voice.

Hannah’s Hometown Visit

For this performance, they will be performing a song dedicated to their hometown. Hannah performed an original song called “I Married Into This Town.” The song starts, and her dad is crying while watching, so how can you not cry? This was a touching song, and she gets emotional as it comes to an end.

Keyla’s Hometown Visit

Keyla heads back to Pensacola, Florida, with her son to enjoy the day. She goes back to the school where she teaches. Her son was loving this and even spoke at some of the events. Keyla was getting a lot of love from her community in Florida. For her performance, she sings “I Love The Lord” by Richard Smallwood. This was such a powerful performance. She has such a strong voice, and you could feel the emotion of this song. Such a solid performance by Keyla.

Jordan’s Hometown Visit

This one’s going to be an emotional one for me. He has always been a fan of the show, and then went home as a finalist on the show. Jordan is getting a ton of love back in Tennessee. He said this is speaking to little Jordan, and now hoping these kids see him and are inspired by him. We see his family talk to him, so they all start crying. Very emotional family, but so nice to see.

For his performance, he sings “Dear God” by Smokie Norful. This was such a powerful performance. He sang with such emotion, and the lyrics were so fitting. He definitely fought through some emotions while singing that one, but still sounded flawless.

Alicia Keys Performance

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of her album “Songs In A Minor,” Alicia Keys is taking the stage to perform “Lovin U” with the Top 3. I mean, could Alicia’s voice still be so amazing after all these years? She is such a good singer. Then the Top 3 come out, and they all sound so good on this one. Sure, this is more in the wheelhouse for Jordan and Keyla, but Hannah holds her own.

En Vogue Performance

Time to get to those performances, as En Vogue takes the stage. They start out singing “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It)” and sound good. It ends with Rae taking the stage to perform with them before switching into “Free Mind.” It was definitely a fun performance.

Blues Traveler & Gin Blossoms

Another blast from the past. We have Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms take the stage to perform. They are joined by Jesse Findling and Jake Thistle. This one is loud and overrides the singers.

Country Takes Over

Brad Paisley served as a mentor this season. His fellow mentee was KeKe Palmer, who introduced him tonight. Brad sings “I’m Gonna Miss Her” and is joined by Lucas Leon for this performance on “American Idol” season 24. After their performance, Brad invites Lucas to sing with him at the Grand Ole Opry!

Nelly Performance

I heard this duo and got confused, but Nelly takes the stage to perform with Chris Tungseth. They sing “Cruise (Remix) by Florida Georgia Line featuring Nelly. Now it makes sense!

Carrie Rockin’ Out on ‘American Idol’

Time for one of the judges to take the stage, as Carrie Underwood joins Mötley Crüe to perform a medley of songs. It starts a little slow, but they kick it in. Carrie is definitely having a lot of fun up there and gets to sing her rock music.

‘American Idol’ Alums

Cameraon Whitcomb competed on Season 20 of “American Idol.” He made it into the Top 20, but now he’s back to perform his new single “Kingdom of Fear. He is joined on the stage by this season’s Brooks for a fun performance.

Shinedown Performance

Shinedown takes the stage and performs “Second Chance” and “Searchlight” with season 24 contestant Philmon Lee. More rock, and this one worked well. Good job, Philmon.

Alicia Keys Is Back

Alicia is back to perform “Fallin’.” She sounds great, yet again. She is joined by Raye, and they sound amazing together. Such powerful voices.

Luke Bryan Performs

Luke has a new album coming out in September. For that, he is taking the stage to perform his new single, “Fish Hunt Golf Drink.” Hannah’s dad is enjoying the performance on “American Idol” 2026. Luke is then joined on the stage by Julian Kalel, who I thought would be a finalist this season. They sing “A Thousand Miles From Nowhere.”

Clay Aiken Performance

He is an “American Idol” icon, and he’s back on that stage for a finale. He performs his new single, “Rewind.” He’s still sounding good! He is then joined by season 24 contestant Braden Rumfelt, as they sing “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me” by Elton John. Another fun one for tonight.

Hannah Sings With Her Idol

We get to see Hannah take the stage and sing “I Hope You Dance” with Lee Ann Womack. What an amazing experience for Hannah, right? This was an awesome experience. We then get a special message from Hannah’s mom. Then a special video from Hannah’s boys, as they say she is their idol.

Tori Kelly Performance

Another alum here, as Tori Kelly takes the stage and performs “Control.” Such a fun performance and song. Then she is joined on the stage by Jordan McCullough and Daniel Stallworth, as they sing “Confetti.” It’s so fun seeing Jordan have fun. You know he is loving this, and it shows.

Kyndal Performance

Top 7 singer Kyndal returns to the stage to perform her original song, “Honest.” She sings it with hopeful singer Lainey Grace, who performed it during the auditions this season. How cool an experience for her.

Jason Mraz Performance

We get to see Jason Mraz take the stage to perform “I Won’t Give Up.” He is joined by Keyla, who sounds amazing on this song. It’s gotta be rough to come back out after being eliminated, but here she is.

Judges’ Performance on ‘American Idol’

Time for the judges to take the stage, as they sing “Deep River Woman” by Lionel Richie. It’s always fun seeing the judges get out from behind the desk.

One Final Performance – Hannah

The Top 2 will perform one last time, with their audition song. This was the song that put her on the map. It’s a great song, and it does show how she would sound on her own song. A very good voice.

One Final Performance – Jordan

One final performance for Jordan, also, as he sings his audition song, “Goodness of God” by Bethel Music & Jenn Johnson. This was his first standing ovation of the season, and he definitely ended it with another. Such a powerful performance again.
