1. Jordan McCullough

For his performance, he sang “Colors of the Wind” from “Pocahontas.” Of all the singers tonight, Jordan was the one I was most excited for. He did not let me down. This was a great song choice. He has such a great range, and he hits some huge notes. This guy can sing, and I am ready to throw some shoes at him!

For the judges, we have more shoes being thrown by Jennifer. The crowd can’t stop cheering. Luke said he doesn’t have anything to say, so listen to them. Lionel said shut your mouth! Carrie said that was perfect. Jennifer said she ain’t got nothing to say, she threw both her shoes at him.

2. Brooks

For his performance, he sang “The Climb” from “Hannah Montana: The Movie.” This was a great song choice for Brooks. Those slower, low parts were perfection for his voice. He put some twists on the original, which was nice to hear. I just loved it.

For the judges, Jennifer said he has a special sound that doesn’t come out every day. He deserves to be here, and he is brave. Luke said keep digging, but keep figuring this out as he goes. Lionel said his magic is in his voice. Keep doing that, and he is going places. Carrie said she is proud of him. He keeps getting more comfortable, and she is excited to see where he goes.

3. Daniel Stallworth

For his performance, he sang “A Whole New World” from “Aladdin.” Jennifer told him to slow it down, and he took the notes. It’s interesting to hear his take on this classic. He put some different notes into it. Daniel definitely put some of those preacher vibes into this one. He hits some awesome runs and definitely makes the song more emotional.

Time for the judges, who gave him a standing ovation. Lionel said that the advice that Jennifer gave him he took to heart. It was so natural. He was giving God’s gift to us, and it was so powerful. Carrie said she was so excited to see he was singing this song. It felt like it was made for him. Jennifer said the church doors are now open. He ministered; he owned it. She felt it, and he took every note she gave him. he did that. Luke said he loves his charisma and style. Everything he does is well done.
