Morgan Pope is speaking out (again!) about her connection with Vince Panaro following “Big Brother” 27.
The conversation about the two houseguests picked up again after Pope hosted a Twitch stream, where she answered questions about her time in the “Big Brother” house and her dynamic about Panaro. Clips from the livestream made the rounds on X.
“But in my opinion, you have a single girl, you have a taken man. The real question should be asked to him, not me,” Pope said in one of the clips.
CBSIn another clip, she said, “I have conversations with anybody in that house about their boundaries and how they wanna play the game. If something is being initiated by somebody else, I’m cool with it. Like, I’m cool as [expletive]. I’m playing a game here.”
The remarks made on Pope’s Twitch stream brought renewed attention to Pope and Panaro’s connection during the season, which had already been a major talking point while the show was airing. At the time, Panaro was in a long-term relationship of seven years with his (now ex) girlfriend Kelsey.
The two formed a close bond inside the house while working together in the game. Their dynamic played out on the live feeds and became one of the season’s prominent storylines.
Morgan Pope Shares Lengthy Response to Renewed Vince Controversy
CBSAfter the aforementioned clips began to circulate among the “Big Brother” community on X, Pope posted a lengthy message on social media to provide more context and address the situation once again.
“Those clips from my stream don’t show the entire context of that conversation but appears to support a false narrative people have been running with since the show aired,” she wrote on April 25.
Pope said she and Panaro discussed expectations early on in the game.
“I’ve said this before & I’ll say it again,” Pope said. “Vince & I had a conversation before live feeds were on about how we wanted to play the game & that included the nature of his relationship & boundaries he set for playing this game.
“I had no reason not to believe him nor to question him. So… the game went on!”
CBSShe also addressed how responsibility has been discussed.
“We shouldn’t be blaming women for the way men choose to represent their relationship and boundaries. As far as I was aware nothing we did in the BB house was disrespectful to his relationship,” she added.
Pope punctuated her message by pointing back to the nature of the show.
“At the end of the day, remember we were all playing a game in that house & doing our best to navigate it with the cards we were dealt,” she concluded. “Remember, we are all still human & BB28 is right around the corner. Let’s wrap this up!”
A Look Back at Morgan & Vince’s ‘Big Brother’ (and Beyond) Storyline
CBSPope and Panaro’s connection was a recurring storyline of “Big Brother” season 27.
The two spent significant time in the house together, and their dynamic drew attention from other houseguests as the season unfolded; the main reason being Panaro’s long-term relationship back home.
At one point in the show’s live feeds—available for fans to watch 24/7—they exchanged “I love you,” which added to the ongoing debate about where things stand between them.
CBSAfter the season, Panaro addressed the situation in a video, reflecting on how the experience impacted his behavior.
“Lines started to blur,” he said.
He later acknowledged that his actions could be viewed as “disrespectful to having a girlfriend.”
“I’m sorry for that,” he added.
Pope has also spoken about the situation previously, sharing her perspective in the house and how she approached it. She emphasized that she maintained respectful boundaries throughout their time together, even going so far as to build a “pillow fort” to separate them in bed.
Kelsey, Panaro’s girlfriend at the time, also addressed the situation publicly. She said she was taking time to reflect after the season aired.
A more recent update from Panaro’s side: On an appearance on “Big Brother” Julie Chen’s God 101 podcast, he revealed he is single now.
