When Zendaya and Tom Holland aren’t filming their latest projects, they might be spending time together at home. But which home? The couple — who may already be married — own four properties between the two of them.
Check out Zendaya’s impressive abodes, plus the home she shares with Tom.
Zendaya’s $1.4 Million Mansion ‘Starter Home’
“Born and raised in Oakland, California, Zendaya set down roots in Southern California in 2016 at the tender age of 20, paying $1.4 million for a starter home just as her career was starting to take off,” according to Architectural Digest.
A five-bedroom, five-bathroom “remodeled Mediterranean-style mansion,” per AD, the decently-sized abode spans 4,155 square feet and “features a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a vanity and powder room in the primary suite, and a pool and spa in the backyard.”
On December 24, 2016, Zendaya shared a photo of herself on Instagram that showed her decorating for the holidays in her house. She added a caption, writing, “My first Christmas in my own home. I always wanted the big tree (it’s huge, honestly what the hell was I thinking😂), and spiral staircase just never thought I’d have one of my own at 20… I’m so grateful and appreciative for everything I have cause none of it was given, none of it started like this…I’m just an Oakland girl, a daughter of two incredible teachers, with an amazing family who worked her ass off and got a lil lucky. Everyone have a beautiful holiday, from my home to yours😘🎄”
Zendaya’s $3.72 Million ‘Sprawling Encino Residence’
In late 2019, “Euphoria actress Zendaya added a new Los Angeles property to her real estate portfolio. The erstwhile Disney star paid $3.72 million for a sprawling Encino residence,” according to the Observer.
Located in the San Fernando Valley area, the home offers its owner six bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as a “massive eat-in kitchen” that “is equipped with lots of granite countertops, white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances,” the Observer notes. Along with hardwood floors throughout the residence, there are also “multiple fireplaces in various entertaining spaces in the home.”
Beyond that, the Observer explains that “[t]he master suite has access to a private balcony, as well as a large bathroom with a built-in tub, double vanity and separate glass-enclosed shower.”
Elsewhere on the property’s 3.72 acres, a guest house can also be found, as well as a pool and private hiking trails.
Zendaya’s $4.9 Million Brooklyn Waterfront Condo
Zendaya’s next real estate move came at the end of 2020, when she purchased a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Brooklyn for $4.9 million.
The home is found in the Quay Tower, a “waterside luxury condo building, which was designed by NYC-based architecture firm ODA and Los Angeles–based firm Marmol Radziner,” that “utilizes wide oak plank floors, custom oak cabinetry, and high-end Gaggenau appliances in the kitchen,” per Architectural Digest.
AD also notes that “the biggest perk” of the home might be “the private elevator that opens directly onto her apartment for ultimate security.”
Tom & Zendaya’s $3.35 Million London abode
In 2018, Tom picked up a home in London for $3.35 million or 2.5 million British pounds, “three years before the pair publicly confirmed their romantic relationship,” Architectural Digest explains.
“Extensive renovations began on the three-story home in 2020 and were completed in 2023, when Zendaya is understood to have moved in,” per AD. “Holland added a new addition to the six-bedroom house, bumping its estimated value to about $4.7 million (3.5 million British pounds). Though we don’t know much about the home’s interior, it reportedly boasts a movie theater and a gym.”
Outside, “the garden space is extremely generous and features a vast amount of lawn” for a home found in London, according to Hello! “The garden is also lined with trees and shrubbery to add extra privacy and the kitchen features large bi-fold doors that open up onto the patio and garden area.”
