Baby on deck! Dylan Sprouse and his wife, model Barbara Palvin, announced in a May 14 Instagram post that they’re expecting their first child, and Palvin debuted her bump on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival the same day.
Dylan, 33, is one half of Disney Channel’s best known twins, who starred on “The Suite of Zack and Cody” and “The Suite Life on Deck” from 2005 to 2011.

GettyBarbara Palvin’s Pregnancy Announcement Comes Amid Brave Endometriosis Battle
Palvin’s pregnancy announcement comes less than a year after she bravely opened up on her Instagram about her challenging health journey with endometriosois.
The Mayo Clinic defined the diagnosis as “an often-painful condition in which tissue that is similar to the inner lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus.”
In the Instagram post, Palvin shared a selfie from the hospital and explained, “Just a little update and a few thoughts for those out there who could relate to what I’m about to share – for some years now I’ve been dealing with the difficulties that can come with my periods. Fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow , sleepless nights on the bathroom floor . I thought this was just how it works for me. But recently I’ve been advised to seek out an endometriosis specialist to see whether my symptoms are caused by that. I’ve been going to checkups to my gynecologist every year, I thought if I had endometriosis I would have known about it by now, but as it turns out, endometriosis can’t be diagnosed with general examinations.”
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel went on to say she received surgery, and “finally experienced a period that was easier.” She encouraged others who suspect they might have the same condition to investigate their health, and said the experience has made her “more mindful about my body to act fast if needed.”
She finished her message by saying she was excited she could now get back to focusing on her work after taking 3 months off to “full heal.”
Dylan Sprouse Opened Up About Supporting Barbara Palvin Amid Endometriosis Struggle
Dylan has been by his wife’s side for her painful health struggle. He appeared at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show sporting an endometriosis awareness pin and told E! News it was because “Barbara just went through endo surgery, and I’m handing these out tonight just to raise some awareness for that.”
He went on to call Palvin “so strong to go through that herself” before saying Palvin was flooded with an overwhelming number of responses after her “very nonchalant” post about her diagnosis. The actor said some people were even diagnosed after recognizing their own symptoms because of his wife’s post, and said optimistically added, “If this is even a small measure of something we can do, I hope it helps.”
