Debby Ryan and Josh Dun have officially welcomed their first child to the world, a daughter named Felix Winter Dun.
Debby Ryan’s Loving Instagram Post to Her Daughter
Ryan, who may be best known for her work on Disney Channel shows like “Jessie” and “The Suite Life on Deck,” took to Instagram to share her joy with the world. Her daughter has an apt middle name, as Ryan wrote that she “was born under Christmas lights with snow outside our bedroom window.”
Ryan’s love for her daughter was extremely clear from the post. “Her hair is made of silk and her breath smells like vanilla ice cream and every chirp, squeak and whimper is music and everytime I look away and look back, she’s gotten smaller somehow,” she wrote.
Knowing that the baby stage is fleeting, Ryan wrote that for now, she would “like to spend [her] days trapped under the immovable 8 pounds of Felix Winter Dun.” She also wrote about her love of motherhood, saying, “I’ve been a lot of things but her home, a grow light, a portal to bring a new soul into the world— these are my greatest honors.”
Of course, Ryan also wrote about her musician husband, who helped deliver the child. “He was an incredible teammate,” Ryan wrote of Dun’s involvement during the birth. She added that Dun “is taking such good care of his girls on this side of things.”
Fans immediately took to the comments to share their congratulations for the happy couple. One fan wrote, “Felix ❤️❤️❤️ you are perfect and so are your parents.” Another posted, “Only you could make a birth pool look aesthetic, congrats Mom and Dad!”
Dun’s mom had one of the best comments, writing, “Thank you for the best promotion I’ve ever received! Little Felix has my heart! 💜.”

Luckily, the split was only temporary. By December 2016, Ryan and Dun were back together, and their relationship was stronger than ever. Two years later, they were engaged, and on New Year’s Eve in 2019, the singers officially tied the knot.
In September 2025, Ryan and Dun announced their pregnancy. We’re wishing them all the best as they embark on this new journey.
