The Next Commandment
We are down to ten chefs. For the third culinary commandment, they have to master the art of sauce. It will be a Tournament of Sauces, so we will provide updates as the episode airs. Keep refreshing the page for the latest results.
9:41 p.m. – The first round has the chefs cooking one of the five mother sauces: Hollandaise, Bechamel, Velouté, Espagnole, and Tomate.
9:57 p.m. – For the first round, Diana, Beverly, and Matt had the Top 3 dishes. They are safe, and won an advantage in next week’s challenge. For the second round, the chefs have to create their own mother sauce inspired by a comfort food from their childhood.
10:11 p.m. – The Top 3 from the second round are Chris, Cara, and Katie. They are safe tonight. The four chefs cooking in the final challenge are Keith, Malyna, Buddha, and Emily.
10:20 p.m. – For the final round, the four remaining chefs have to create a new sauce. They will use ingredients picked for them by the six safe chefs. They have to use all six ingredients.
Results
The three chefs moving on are Buddha, Keith, and Emily. That means Malyna has been eliminated tonight.
