9:54 p.m. – The chefs continue to work, as Buddha is making something for their dish, but he’s never made it before.
10:04 p.m. – The time is up, and the judges are tasting the dishes. Katie & Cara seemed to do well, but some of the fish were undercooked because of the different-sized cuts. Keith & Chris had bones in their fish.

10:18 p.m. – Matt & Buddha won the challenge, and are safe tonight. The other chefs will all battle in a cook-off, where they have 10 minutes to create the perfect French omelette.
Elimination Cook-Off
The other four chefs will now have 10 minutes to make a perfect French omelette. It’s about being consistent and making this perfect, but in only 10 minutes.
The chefs are struggling, especially since this is so quick. A French omelette can have no brown on it, so Keith needs to redo one of his. Then Chris can’t get his burners in the right spot, so he is burning his omelettes. The 10 minutes run out very quickly, but they all get something on a plate.
Results: They present their omelettes to the judges. It looks like Katie had the most consistent omelette. Cara was right up there, too. Both Keith and Chris have brown omlettes. The judges voted, and Keith was eliminated tonight.
