Cat Cora has posted a sweet “Happy Birthday” message to her son, Jonas, on his 20th birthday.
The host of cable network Bravo’s “Around the World in 80 Plates” — the first female Iron Chef and the first female Culinary Hall of Famer — 58, took to her Instagram account to share a photograph of herself and Jonas with a group of guys (presumably his friends and/or brothers) to her 295,000 followers.
Cora’s post contained a lovely heartfelt tribute to Jonas, who isn’t one of her four biological sons, but is one of six children in her blended family with her ex-wife, record producer Nicole Ehrlich.

Cat Cora’s tribute to Jonas was very descriptive of what a great young man he’s turning into.
The post’s caption read, “Happy 20th Birthday to my incredible son, Jonas. I am so proud of the young man you’ve become. Your kindness, strength, curiosity, and generous heart inspire me every single day. I love cooking with you, and even just hanging out and watching sports together,those moments mean the world to me.”
It continued, “Watching you step into this next chapter fills me with so much joy. Here’s to your twenties! May they be full of big dreams, new adventures, and the confidence to chase everything that lights you up. I love you more than words can say, and I’ll always be your biggest fan.
