Who Is CT Tamburello?
Chris “CT” Tamburello is a reality TV personality best known for his long, storied career on MTV’s “The Challenge.” He first appeared on “The Real World: Paris” before becoming one of “The Challenge’s” most iconic competitors. CT has earned multiple wins, and he’s definitely a fan favorite because of his intense competitive spirit and dramatic presence.
Aside from “The Challenge,” CT has been branching out with other reality TV programs. Besides “Worst Cooks,” CT also competed on “The Traitors.” He was crowned the winner alongside another MTV legend, Trishelle Cannatella.
His presence on TV has always been about that fire-up energy. CT has a willingness to throw himself into any competition. That is what made him a perfect fit for the chaotic kitchen on “Worst Cooks in America” 2026.
CT Tamburello’s Worst Cooks in America Journey
For “Worst Cooks in America” season 30, CT traded in those physical challenges for frying pans and sauté pans. His journey on the show reflected his signature reality TV intensity.
Early in the season, we could see CT navigating basic culinary skills. He was enduring the kind of chaos that comes with learning how to cook under pressure. But like CT always does, he perseveres and figures out a way to come out on top.
Sure, he had some missteps along the way, but he was also the recruit who was offering some comedic relief for the Blue Team. He found himself in the Blind Elimination Challenge one time, having to make seared fillet of fish along with a tropical sauce or salsa of his choice. He beat out Amara La Negra to remain in the competition.
CT has shown a ton of improvement along the way, even though he’s done while getting very sweaty in the kitchen. Thanks to that towel he carries around!
