We are back with season 15 of “Halloween Wars,” as the teams are looking to make things even spookier for the scariest season yet. Host Jonathan Bennett is back, along with judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira to judge the seven teams fighting for that $25,000 grand prize.
New Season of ‘Halloween Wars’
For Season 15, the fan-favorite food competition series will feature seven teams competing against each other. Each of them has a chance at winning the $25,000 prize. However, there will be some unexpected errors and mistakes along the way. This could lead some of the teams down a path of elimination.
During the season, these cake decorators, sugar artists, and pumpkin carving masters will battle it out to create Halloween-themed edible displays. The last team that scares off the competition will win that $25,000 grand prize.
Bennett, Li, and Sequeira will challenge these teams along the way. They will be asked to make the scariest of Halloween displays during this season’s journey.
‘Halloween Wars’ 2025 Premiere
For the “Halloween Wars” season 15 premiere, four of the teams will cook things off. These teams will compete in hopes of not being the first team eliminated from the competition. The episode is titled “Scare School.”
In the episode synopsis from Food Network, “Host Jonathan Bennett welcomes the first four teams of talented cake, suga, and pumpkin artists and challenges them to create a scene depicting their favorite monsters when they were in school. To up the stakes, teams must have at least two characters on their board and use a classic school snack in their tasting element. Judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira decide which three teams move on and which team is eliminated.”
In the sneak peek shared by Food Network above, we see that Poisonous Perfection happens to be one of those four teams competing tonight on “Halloween Wars” season 18.
How do we know? That’s none other than Jamie Louks seen in the video. This isn’t Jamie’s first time on the show. She has competed in the past and has actually even made it to the finale twice. However, she is still searching for that win.
That may be why she is feeling the pressure even more after her window cracks. She is left trying to figure out how to fix the error in the allotted time.
“Halloween Wars” season 15 premieres tonight, Sunday, September 21, at 9/8c on Food Network, with next-day streaming available on HBO Max.
