The amateur chefs from the Americas region will be flexing their muscles tonight on “MasterChef: Global Gauntlet.” The hopeful amateur chefs will be cooking their signature dishes tonight. If Gordon Ramsay and the judges like the dish, an apron may be given to them.

Final Auditions Begin

It’s time for the final night of auditions on “MasterChef” season 16. We are in the Americas tonight with only five more aprons to hand out. We will provide updates on who got an apron tonight as the episode airs, so keep refreshing the page for the latest results.

8:09 p.m. – The first batch of chefs is cooking. Gordon chats with them, but as time runs out, Tkaiya forgot to put the sauce on her chicken and is now worried it will cost her an apron.

8:20 p.m. – We see grad student Tkaiya, who is representing Jamaica, get an apron. Coby, who was representing Louisiana, did not get an apron.

8:30 p.m. – It was three yeses for Camilo, who was representing Texas with his Tex-Mex dish. Then it was two nos for amateur chefs who both undercooked their meat.

8:40 p.m. – Two more chefs, as we see Brittany, who is a professional wrestler, put Joe in a headlock. It worked, as it got her an apron. Jake is now on the clock, as he is struggling to put his cake together before time runs out.

8:51 p.m. – Jake also got an apron, as the judges loved his cake. We are now down to two chefs and one apron left!
