The chefs were excited to see season 23 winner Tristen Epps-Long join them in the kitchen tonight on “Top Chef” 2026. He was serving as a guest judge tonight. He could relate to what they were going through, especially having just gone through it.

Week 4 Begins
Time to start a new week. The chefs head to the kitchen and meet Kristen Kish. She is joined by Tristen Epps-Long, the winner of “Top Chef: Destination Canada.” We will provide details and results as the episode airs, so keep refreshing the page for the latest updates.
9:41 p.m. – First up is Quickfire Challenge, which has the chefs working in teams of three to create food flights that pair with Josh Wines.
9:53 p.m. – The Blue Team (Justin, Jennifer, and Sieger) won the Quickfire and $5,000 each. The Elimination Challenge is up next, which has them changing classic Southern side dishes into delicious main dishes.
10:02 p.m. – The chefs spend some time on Deep Roots Farm. Then head to Whole Foods to get more ingredients for their dishes.
10:11 p.m. – Chefs are cooking their dishes. Brittany never turned on the steamer. Now she is stressed and trying to figure out how to fix this with not a lot of time left.
10:22 p.m. – Service has started. The judges are tasting the dishes right now.
Results on ‘Top Chef’ Season 23
The judges have tasted all of the dishes for tonight. The winning dish belonged to Sieger, who won immunity for next week’s challenge. The three least favorite dishes tonight come from Jennifer, Anthony, and Brittany.
After going over all of the dishes, the chefs return. The chef eliminated tonight on “Top Chef” 2026 is Brittany. She now heads to “Last Chance Kitchen” to take on Nana.
