Jennifer Aniston’s Boyfriend Jim Curtis Puts His $1.5 Million NYC Apartment Up for Sale

Jennifer Aniston‘s boyfriend Jim Curtis is selling his New York City apartment. The hypnotist who has been dating the “Friends” star for a year is asking around $1.5 million for the abode, according to the Daily Mail.

Curtis bought the apartment in 2015 for just under $1.3 million, per property records seen by Realtor.com. The Daily Mail points out that this means he “could possibly make a $250,000 profit” on the home that is officially listed at $1,525,000.

The move comes after Curtis had put the home up for rent multiple times. In April 2025, the residence was offered up for $9,000 per month before it was taken off the rental market a few weeks later. In June 2025, it went back up for rent; however, the price had gone up to $10,500. That listing came down in November before the apartment went up for sale on January 27.

The Apartment Has A Lot to Offer

The apartment that Curtis has put up for sale spans 1,200 square feet, according to the Daily Mail. In that space, the potential new owners will find two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms.

Beyond that, the loft-like home boasts exposed brick, a casement glass partition and views of the Brooklyn Bridge.

“The elegant home is described as seamlessly combining classic charm with contemporary amenities,” The Sun noted in July 2025. “Exud[ing] a chic … aesthetic,” the apartment is found in a building that is “conveniently located just steps away from the iconic New York City waterfront.”

The Apartment Is In NYC’s South Seaport District

The apartment that Curtis has called home is located in the South Seaport district of New York City.

“South Street Seaport is a historic waterfront neighborhood with front-row views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Lower Manhattan skyline,” according to Christie’s International Real Estate.

“Manhattan’s oldest neighborhood was a major shipping port from the early 18th to the mid-19th century,” Christie’s explains. “The warehouses, fish markets, and saloons have been transformed into boutiques and restaurants, and cutting-edge entertainment venues, but the original cobblestone streets and elegant Federal townhouses remain largely intact, creating a unique blend of old and new.”

More recently, “[t]he neighborhood has undergone a renaissance in the last few years, and with the reopening of Pier 17—a center for luxury retail, upscale dining, and a rooftop performance venue—it is now one of New York City’s top waterfront destinations.”
