As Jim Curtis sells his New York City home for $1.5 million, he was spotted with his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, checking out a “luxury” building where multiple apartments are for sale.
“The one where Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis kick things up a notch. The couple was pictured touring an apartment together on Friday,” according to Page Six. Granted, “[a]t this time, it’s not clear why the couple was touring the building.”
In images of the pair outside the building, “Curtis and Aniston can be seen bundled up to brace the NYC cold,” per Realtor.com. “Aniston donned a black coat with a pair of jeans, while her lover sported a gray coat atop a black shirt and khakis.”
There Are Multiple Apartments for Sale in the Building
The prewar building where Aniston and Curtis were spotted was built in 1925, according to Realtor.com. It features 16 stories and boasts “a doorman, concierge, a fitness center, a playroom, a basketball court, wine cellars, private storage bins, and bicycle storage.”
Realtor.com also notes that “[t]here are currently three units for sale in the building—a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom apartment for $5.2 million, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom dwelling for $5.79 million, and the penthouse, which has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is listed for $7.49 million.”
